As a terminal and exchange, binance is all good, so thanks to the team and their professional work! I hadn't any problems yet, except one - as Ukrainian refugee, I applied for special binance refugee card, all process passed in May and I received physical card long ago, but didn't have any help, that's about 75BUSD per month 3 times, not much, but of the essence when you are refugee. Also I didnt hear from any real Ukrainian refugee, that anyone got this announced help. None. I don't know who really controls this program but marketing of it is great.

I curse the day I downloaded and started collaborating with them. When the money was sent to my wallet, everything was fine, but a month later there was an embarrassment. I went to my account and I received a notification that I was blocked. I thought it was a mistake and decided to write to the support site. they really couldn’t explain my problem to me and wrote some kind of scripts and didn’t really explain what was the matter a week later I wrote again and they said that I needed to wait for the end of the investigation (what?) Then they sent me a number and mail, I wrote to mail they didn't answer. I decided to call - a man who speaks Spanish answered! and when I started to communicate in English, he simply did not understand me and hung up. As a result, later they sent me a message to my mail that they were stopping cooperation with me, and I was delighted !but i cant logged into my account and cant took my money! they didn't let me log in! where is the logic? just scammers who stole my money and acted like idiots. don't contact themP.s: i have all the screenshots and the case number and "investigation"

One day I decided to list my NFT collection. It must be listed maximum in 10 days, and u lock (then pay) for it 0,03 BNB (approximately 10 dollars). After half month of waiting I decided to contact support. One operator told me that the problem will be fixed within 24 hours. Nothing. Next day I contacted another operator and he was reporting how is he in intensive contact with his entire team to resolve my issue, and constantly made me wait “3 hours” till the day ended. Nothing. The next day, he said that they had no data on my collection, to which I provided him with screenshots and video reports. He advised me to reinstall the app even though that is obviously not the problem. Nothing. For several more days, I tried to get these lazy people to do something. They said to wait a few days for the platform's "super professional" team to do something. And you know what? My collection started showing up, but I couldn't use it. I couldn’t list NFTs there. When I told them this, they said the listing was unsuccessful and they would remove it and refund my money till next Monday. And again, I have to write to them and remind them that they didn’t even return the money to me, not that they gave me the opportunity to use the platform. Disgusting attitude. When I asked for compensation, they told me that it is not provided, and they are very interested, like me, in solving my problem. Terrible service with constant apologies from shortcuts. I generally keeping quiet about the illiterate spelling of words and adaptation on my language, cause it seems like they are remote workers from another country. And a few words about bot in support. When I writing down “no” to all of the stuff I don’t need and not solving my problem, trying only to contact real person, cause my case is specific, bot is writing me “Bingo”Shame!

That means through the Chinese citizens PRC government grants an access to the platform, assets, personal data etcAs regards the support - it doesn’t work. Simply you can’t complain because they don’t have physical offices. Even if you contact Online to some of them, the only one who is guilty is -YOU dear customer. Whatever happens Binance support always accusing you! Who remembers about TERRA LUNA? Binance didn’t return the money I lost 800$ Binance had to warn that Luna is scam. Binance listing scam projects and then just takes money of investors If one day you will need urgently your money you won’t be able to withdraw because they are constantly updating the rules of withdrawal and transfer without even of notifying you. Now Binance demands to set up some suspicious app (Binance Authenticator) that doesn’t work even and you can’t have an alternative like a Google Authenticator. Most likely Binance Authenticator comprise a Backdoor that will enable to China government grant the full control on your wallet and who knows what else.
