I bought a pro plan for 5,99$ per months from the first day I installed the app. So during almost 2 years using this app I noticed enough problems from bad service. A year ago I opened the app and noticed that I don’t have any pro plan and contacted support my email. Then they helped me immediately and my paid pro plan started to work again. But several months ago it was the same issue and when I texted to support nobody answered. By the way, money for pro plan was charging till today. Absurd. I’m paying every month to see in the app “you don’t have any pro plans” and it’s not a little technical issue because it’s continuing more than 2 months. Don’t waste your time. In general ai is not so smart in comparison in chat gpt app. Conversations are not saving usually. Only one advantage is that nova solves the tests. That’s all. Customer support is total 0 helpless

It was advertised as an app for new ChatGPT, and only after payment for subscription the Nova interface appears, making clear that it’s a third-party bot, not an official ChatGPT app! It is glitchy and the privacy policy is terrible, which I learned from the forums now - nothing is confidential with Nova! They own your chats.
