I have been using this app for a long time. Thoughtful user interface, smooth animations- beatiful messanger. But recently I was frustrated when updated macOS version of the app (my macOS version - Sequoia 15.1), and found out that interface broke a little bit - messages weren't marked by users in the chat, some animations stopped working. I tried to reinstall it from the AppStore, but it didn't resolve the problem. With time I overcame it - just uploaded it from official site and installed.

I have had a Premium account since June. I use this Premium account to communicate with clients for work purposes.However, I am unable to find people by their phone numbers if they are not already in my contacts, and therefore, I cannot send messages to potential clients. I receive a notification saying that the user has not joined Telegram.At the same time, when I search for the same phone number using another regular (non-premium) account, the person is found without any issues.I have paid for an annual subscription, and this feature is very important for my job. Please help me resolve this issue, as the support bot has been ignoring my request for several months.

I’m really angry because for over a month I haven’t been able to use Telegram properly on my MacBook. I have the latest macOS/iOS updates installed, but the app is completely broken.It opens in full screen, but half of the screen is black, and I can’t resize or minimize the window. The app itself only opens every second or third attempt, and sometimes it’s just a black screen.Today I updated Telegram to the latest version, but the bug is still there. Nothing has been fixed.This is a critical issue that makes the app almost unusable. Very disappointed, especially because Telegram is my main messenger and this problem has been ignored for so long.

Overall, the Telegram app works great and I’m really happy with its performance. However, the lack of an option to manage notifications for groups and channels separately — the way it’s implemented in the desktop version from the official website — makes the app less convenient to use on macOS. It would be a huge improvement if you could add this functionality in future updates.

Everything was fine till I decided to change download path for telegram on Mac. Once this new path’s been assigned all downloaded files became to disappear in nowhere and even cannot be open. Clicking on suggestions to show file in finder doesn’t show where is the very file but merely open «recents» tab.

I really find it as the most convinient messenger of all! Just have found one feature: when you have some specific size of the window (when you size from medium to big) emojis menu doesn't appear. It's supposed to open a right side bar, but it doesn't ;)) After resizing appears but at some point doesn't work. It's on updated Mac.

After a fairly stable experience with the mobile and Windows versions of Telegram, the macOS client has been very disappointing. It feels extremely unstable - the app can crash unexpectedly and sometimes fails to send messages. There are also many UI bugs that negatively affect the overall experience. Honestly, this level of quality is not what I would expect from Telegram’s development team.

It crashes every time when I try to open the chat where anyone sent explicit content from any group. But I still like telegram more then any other messenger!!P.S. I hope you know about the Creative Society?

For the last two days I am not getting any new messages from the channels, only when I open the channel. For example, a new message was sent in the channel, I see it on my phone and receive a notification, but not on my desktop. I can see a new message only when I open the channel.

The app is great. Although there is a noticiable difference of recordings quality beetween different versions of Telegram. For example Telegram Desktop has better audio compression, quality and noise reduction in comparison to this version. Please fix this, as this is the only version that allows to record audio hands free, and does that with lower quality. I've sent messages to volounteer support already with version details and examples.
