After following these recommendations, my progress was somehow lost and the game restarted from the beginning.Instead of my actual progress, I was taken back to around level 26 or 36, while I had already reached a level above 5000. I spent both time and money progressing through those levels, yet on the third day of my requests, your support team offered to restore only a little over 3000 levels, with just one or two stars per level.I do not need a random restored account. I need my actual progress back.On top of that, the game has started malfunctioning. What disappoints me most is the way this issue has been handled. It has been a nightmare and a huge disappointment.It has already been 5 days, and I still have not received any real solution from your team. You even closed my support ticket without resolving the issue.I expect my original progress to be restored as soon as possible.

Every time I’m playing and shutting the phone without closing the game and with the unfinished level in progress, when I return to it the app restarts and all my progress is lost. Last time it happened I used all my golden bars and boosters to pass a level but didn’t have the opposite to finish it right away and when I got back to it - the app restarted and all was for nothing. Sometimes (pretty often last days) when I click “watch ad” the game shows just black screen and I have to restart application to fix it. This bug is really annoying as I even do not have the way to close this black screen without restarting the game

When you in the middle of level and answer a call or just need to switch to another app for a few moments, the app restarts completely. That marks current level failed, your lives are decreased and moreover all winning series are reseted (but hey, I opened another app for 30 seconds and came back). iOS 15.1

I played it sometime ago, and now decided to download it again. I think it’s too much hard levels, the count of moves incredibly small for levels. Every third level is hard!
