And in the application it should be written in russian: №7 в Украине (No. 7 in Ukraine), and it says №7 на Украине (No. 7 on Ukraine). This may seem like a small thing to you. But in this way, their propaganda calls into question the sovereignty of our country, considering that we are not a country, but some kind of thing that you can be on. And not in it. Things like translation should be checked. Because even in written speech it is correct to write that you are in the country, not on the country. #1 in USA or #1 on USA?We are talking about the whole country, not about something specific in the country. Please also add the Ukrainian language. Personally, I and many other Ukrainians have been using your service for a long time and thank you for the Ukrainian subtitles, but the interface is also lacking.I apologize for my bad English. Constant problems with the first login on a device, inability to change or even view the email address, inability to log in via AppleID, and completely empty error messages. And the most stupid thing is that I can spend tens of thousands of dollars in AWS, but to buy a $5 USB cable, I have to come up with schemes on how to get a paper receipt (in 2023!) with my address and surname. And all this has not been fixed for years.

Hello Prime! It’s really hard to get a hold of you… the issue that to contact your support, I need to log in to the account. But there is the problem, I don’t have an account. So tried to register. Then after confirmed my phone number, your system “temporarily blocked my account (which does not exist)” to prevent suspicious activity. That’s ridiculous.

I was so amazed by one of your movies! was going to buy the app today, to watch the second season, but both browser version, And mobile version gave me the error while registration… no opportunity to ask for service help on this stage on the site, or app. What should I do now???

Confusing UI, inconvenient. Information like next episode release date is missing, yet some useless x-ray feature takes up a lot of attention. Playback is also very annoying. Cancelled subscription only because it’s frustrating to use on mobile

Guys, when you limit access to films and series, depending on the country - you lose a lot of clients. Registered only to watch Supernatural comfortably without ads and worries about which episode I watched last. But as I live in Ukraine - there is no Supernatural in your base! Cancel subscription without any second thoughts 🤦‍♀️😞
