The official instructions from Instagram say that you must specify the brand of the phone. OK. IPhone 7. I am sure that the problem is not in the phone, as my friends logged into their accounts and everything was updated as usual. I already wrote a complaint and last time Instagram made me all the functions, for about two weeks. And then they disappeared. I love Instagram but do I really need to delete my old account and start all over to use all the features?

Hello, I want to complain about the new update. The new type of photos instead of the square one is very lame, the name above the subscriptions is terrible, everyone on TikTok has been complaining from the beginning that it looks terrible, without asking the users' opinion to do such an absurd thing, as a tattoo artist, this personally affects me because I published sketches focusing on the square look of the photo, and with this update came a lot of bugs, when I post a photo in stories, for some reason it is cropped to a square after publishing and quality of photo is worse then was. In general I don't understand why something should be changed so radically when everything was good before that. It seems that you did whatever you wanted and you don't pay attention to the fact that users are not satisfied or even logical thinking that these vertical photos will be absolutely inconvenient for most users, instead of adding something sensible or fix some problems you’r only ruining the application and making it inconvenient.

I dont know who the hell is this genius that woke up in the morning and thought that changing two main buttons on the app would be a great idea for User Experience. This direct button was there for more than 5 years and it looks great in this place. Why did you thought that put it between the other buttons would be a great idea. I have a bold thumbs and when I eating and watching reels I press the wrong button everytime, I go to direct except of reels button. But now is very comfortable to post a new photos but since I am not a social person I dont using this button and now it is on the great place. Fire all your designers, first you ruined facebook manager because of redesign I cant find a proper guidelines for my version. And now u started to ruin Instagram. Sugarman if you see this do something with your Apps, or know Sugarman please stop touching UI/UX of your app, u can fired most of your designer because you dont need them with this type of solutions. I deleted your app and go to TikTok to you right opponent because of this solutions

I still don't have the latest updates to the user feed regarding the location of the title, video format, and photo, and others - which were made back in the middle of last month.The problem is not with the phone or the app, I have a new iPhone model and I am constantly updating the app. But I still don't have an update! Developers of Instagram please read this review: New upgrades of Instagram are horrible. Not user friendly at all.1. In stories you show only 3 stories instead of the whole line. To watch all of it I have to do 2 more clicks which is very very stupid. On every person I have to do these clicks otherwise it goes to next one super fast.2. the Upgrade with texts in a post is the most ridiculous thing. Do you think nobody reads the text under the post? I like reading informational posts which include a lot pf information. Instead of giving the function to copy text, which would be super useful, you make me read 3 millimetres of text and scroll all the way down. Plus sometimes I cannot catch it even.3. The text cannot be completely hidden. Do you know that people post also pictures with text at the bottom. Yeah, now I can’t read it at all, bcs text of post is covering it.Upgrades are great, but when they are userfriendly and help us. Better:1. add possibility to copy the text (people are volunteering in Ukraine now and they post their bank cards in post, but of course you cannot copy that)2. to put links in the text3. to cut videos in instragram - be better than tiktok4. sending more emojis on stories than 8 chosen5. finally normal photo editing kit.

It got impossible to use this social media for a last time. I got mistakenly shadow banned and my account can’t be shown for non followers. It’s already a third time I got this problem with different publications for a last month. It says I post nudity, but all my content includes dressed photos only. It can be bikini and it is not transparent. Program says the rule is the same for everyone, but every day I see a lot of photos more open and more sexy in recommendations. Almost all posted bikini photo at least at once. And I couldn’t find that photo in bikini is forbidden there. I appealed decision and in a two days ban gone and it stays all in green, but in a couple days the problem back again.I am a model and content creator so esthetic and beautiful content is very important for my page and my income. For making my business I need to create a presentable page. I would like to use your service and to develop my page, but my business get impossible when I am always shadow banned.Last year my previous account with 32K followers was deleted by system without any alert, reason and any explanations. I lost all my contacts and content that took a lot of time and forces to rebuild. I just want to use this app like other people can. But support become AI and it is impossible to find a human support team to fix this problem.

I just decided to unfollow some subscribes. It was not 100 subscribes in hour, it was less than 100 cause I know that Instagram now controls any activity in order to delete the bots, fake accounts and any harmful content. Anyway, all of my accounts (including the one where i was unfollowing) were limited to like anything, to follow, to leave a comment till the 28th of April. My private account, my project accounts, my shop. Support service never answers me back. Why do you lock the profiles which just do their work correctly and pay for the promotion but do not pay attention to all these harmful spam in Instagram stories widgets, harmful content for teenagers etc. The Instagram is overfilled by fake bodies, fake beauty, fake tips, fake psychologists and fake information. You better pay attention on these problems and improve your moderation system.
