First of all I’d like to thank you for your steps towards paying with a mobile phone. But I don’t understand why not to give new options to those who already have plastic cards, why you don’t let adding them to Apple Wallet? I already payed for the card once, is it normal that I have to buy a second card just for a new single option? What should I do with my old card if I buy a new digital one?

Thank you for this app! I really like to use it. However, I think it would be even more convenient to use this application if you could create an electronic card in it, as qr-tickets, - just in case if you don't have a plastic one, your smartphone is always with you : )

There is an issue appeared nowadays - for some reason the app icon started showing notification badge - red dot with number 1 - which impossible to get rid of. I have read and opened all the app screens, sections and notifications, so nothing to do/read/open from user standpoint but the app icon is still showing that I have missed… something. App reinstall doesn't help either. Looks like odd defect.

If you forgot to stop parking timer, the charge is not limited by default. The app does not warn about the behavior when you start parking. Moreover after contacting support and providing proof that I left that part of city they demanded to pay the bill anyway and described some hidden functionality, which allows to limit parking time. After informing them that I’m not going to pay for the service they didn’t provide, support just stated that l’m not be able to use their “service” any longer 😂😂😉

I think it’s very difficult to add an answer, for example, leave the name of the street, otherwise it’s cool that people seem to vote, but for example, those who don’t want to change the name, their opinion is not taken into account (a couple of hundred can vote for something and decide for all residents). Hi dear!Traffic is amazing tool, don’t hesitate to switch it to release from beta. But is it possible to add a feature when you choose proper stop and number of transport - user can watch estimated arrival time. Don’t reinvent the wheel, look at Uber shuttle app. Good luck!

App was working perfectly fine about two-three days before. AppStore shows that today it was updated, and after update it automatically jumps off app while loading. It still remains in background but no luck to open it. Had a situation in the bus, when wasn’t able to scan a ticket. Restarts aren’t able to fix a bug.Latest iOS on iPhone 5s

Great and useful app. I like it’s wide functionality and features it offers.Unfortunately, it constantly crashes on my iPhone 11. I tried to reinstall the app - it didn’t work for me. Last update didn’t help me either...Could you please fix the crashing issue?

Thanks for this useful app 💛 Every day actual city notification and hints on time. Also quite useful feature with paying of public transport and car parking.
