Editing my last review: when I tried to continue writing about my day on an iPad after starting it on an iPhone it resulted in losing the data I had entered on the iPhone. I think data loss is the worst that can happen to the app that is focusing on the user-generated content.

I have annual subscription in Grid Diary. The issue with infinite syncing is about 1.5 years old and still actual. My JSON file size is 1MB but syncing takes hours, how is this possible? During syncing app is freezing and impedes to write notes or do anything in the app. I’ve been writing to support for 1.5 years and no result so far. Want make a refund for 2021 subscription.
The App is good but doesn’t sync even after starting trial period :(What could be the problem?
Приложение хорошое но что бы быть великолепным недотягивает. Не понимаю за что берут 20$ в месяц если я в бесплатном Notion могу за 20 минут сделать абсолютно идентичный интерфейс, даже лучше! Даже с большим функционалом! Если бы я мог здесь сделать скрин то вы поняли бы о чем я.

Hello! I loved the grid diary classic and decided to try this new version. I love the ideas.However I have some problems:I am trying to save the template for each journal. For some reason, such template either works for one day only (I cannot set it as a default template), or, if I try to save it on templates and use in the journal - it appears blank.Please advise how to fix the problemThank you!
