Honestly for the price tag that this brand is having, app should be working perfect for the setup. Had to unplug my refrigerator 5x until it finally connected to the wifi. Using 2.4gHz wifi as instructed but yea did not work. Now when finally is connected there is so many loading screens, slow data saving, if double-clicking the button opens modal or screens multiple times. When creating new item for shopping list it says it is added but nowhere to be found. Adding item to freezer does not show it on the list because default filtering does not select all positions but just one etc. Spending 1-2 days QA the app and there would be so much to be added in “Jira backlog”.Using iphone 14 Pro Max - should be no device “old” issues

It chrashes constantly. No matter if updated or if you restart it.Using timer is also one of the ways to go crazy. You have to turn on and off machine, restart the app just to realize you blew an hour of your life for one lousy made app & apliance.What a sham & imagine having three machines you could normaly manage through this app just to realize it’s only three times the frustration.Never again. Never again.

Works great, I love the facet there are soo many programs. Just hate the fact that when Iphone ios goes to new version it crashes.

We are sorry about the problem. Make it sure how you were Logged In to the hOn app where the appliance is paired. If it was by using Social account (AppleId, Google, Facebook), in this case you must access the app always on this way, using the email of that account and password of it. If you were using email and password to sign in, use the option "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions from the app. If you don't solve the problem write on support.hon@haier-europe.com sendig the photo of the serial number of the appliance .
