Hi! I recently started playing Toca Boca world maybe at the middle of last year, and I’ve recently experienced a weird bug. I haven’t purchased anything from the marketplace at all in my time playing this game, and because the default furniture and items in the game catalog is a little limited, I do get most of my things like decorations from the post office or other buildings in the world. But starting from last week, after I take time going around the world and collecting items and then spending more time furnishing my rooms, the moment I exit my house to get other things, 1; everything in the post office except for a few shelves of the 2025 stuff and the 2020 Christmas items are completely gone. 2; when I go back to my house EVERYTHING I collected has disappeared, maybe leaving behind one or two items. As you can imagine, this is incredibly frustrating, especially after I tried again to get everything, only for it to disappear again. After resetting many times I thought that the problem was fixed, but it still deleted my things, and even though the post office seemed normal, the items I had taken were gone from the shelves. This has led to me not enjoying playing the game as much from the fear that all my effort will go to waste, collecting all my things, and even being afraid to leave my house because I know that my things will be deleted when I go. I really do love this game and I hope you can fix this bug for my enjoyment, and also so other players don’t have to go through the frustration that I did. Thank you!

i saw another review dealing with the exact same problem, i have 10+ locations that i have designed diligently course of 20+ hours and i have sourced different accessories and as well as spent time to unlock secret crumpets and all of these have been wiped out. Every single location of mine was reset back to its original state, yea i sure i mean if i had 3 locations i would be okay with rebuilding it but i have more than 10 locations which i have handcrafted it and specially curated from scratch and for all of it to disappear is so frustrating and disappointing. i read a article on how to deal with this problem on the toca boca website which to sum up says that they cannot do anything about it and have contacted them about it too but have yet to receive a reply. This experience has been so saddening and i would have given a 5 star review to this app but because of this issue and the fact that there is no function where it auto saves our work making many creators lose their beloved design is just frustrating. I have spent a lot of money in this game and for it to just disappear is so disappointing. furthermore i have been facing countless of issues with locations which made me reset them i also contacted toca boca about this but they also did not give me a definitive solution. I’m not sure if it’s just me but this is really disheartening considering the amount of time and money i have spent on this game.

Hey Toca! I just wanna say I really love this game and it’s SOO addictive. I’ve been playing it since 2022 and I love it. However, this year, I’ve been encountering the most ANNOYING game problems and bugs. Firstly, the clothes. Some of my clothes get removed from my house and I have to refresh my app. Not only that, all of the clothes will all be gone and I will have to get them all back again. But when I try and get all the clothes back, the clothes reset AGAIN. I’m not very sure if anybody else has this issue but I’m not sure what is going on. Secondly, some of my characters don’t appear. For example, I want to take a character out but sometimes they don’t show and I have to go back to the customise area to get the character back. Some clothes even get “folded” and not wearable anymore and I have to refresh my app. So, I hope you read this and fix this issue of the game. I also won’t be rushing you so please take your time fixing it and I love the new update too! The clothes look nice and the new house. Thank you!

Hi! 🙂🙂 I really like this game loads cuz like I feel like it’s rlly fun and exciting! I play it up to an hour a day lolz. I have the modern mansion and bubble pop spa. I really really want the megastar mansion! I kinda wish that like I got the megastar mansion instead! I literally love the packs and sometimes when I’m bored I look atall the house packs and stuff even tho I can’t buy it… Anyways this is really fun except that it gets boring after a while since I don’t have much packs! But I really hope you make the hospital free! I have been dreaming of getting the hospital since FOREVER! So I do hope you guys can make the hospital available for everyone!! I loved how you added the voxella and all the other free things tho! Keep up the work! I have been playing this game since 2016 or 2017 lol and I love it! helloooo~! I am editing this review because uhhh while I was playing I was deleting some furniture but then suddenly it kicked me out of the app. I was like meh and then went back into the app only to realize that all my deleted furniture was still there!
