I actually enjoy this game quite abit. Decided to add my review as, when i read the different reviews, i felt that we are doing the game injustice, because as a long time player of many of the auto battler, i always felt the mlbb chess to be too simple. So the reason to goto is not sufficient, recently with the kof collab, i felt the game improved so much, and it made me for the first time deciding to put in some money for the skins. Also, the arena feature, brilliant, thought that was an extremely smart implementation. No pixelating problems i face here, using iphone air. Good job for the team improving behind the scene. Looking for more improvements to come!!

Ridiculous, Unbalance gameplay

This game is really disappointing . I’m not sure whether it’s the system problem or the creator. The chance of getting 5 gold heroes is very low, but I’ve seen many players upgrading their 5 gold heroes to 3 stars . Furthermore , the power of the heroes are really unbalanced. Your whole setup can be very strong but once the opposition got enough 5 gold heroes, or when somehow they’re lucky enough to upgrade their 5 gold heroes to 3 stars there’s no way you can win them anymore. Like what’s the point of having those synergies to support our heroes’ power when all you gotta do is to get all the 5 gold heroes if you’re lucky enough to win the game? The creator might as well just turn this whole chess into a jackpot—- when you get a 3 star 5 gold heroes HOORAY you win the game. Why not just change it like that? Seriously, this whole game is ridiculous. I’ve seen that there are a lot of bad comments given and I can relate to them. It seems like the creator of this game just dont bother which is so disappointing.

Hi,I want to provide feedback. For context, I used to be an avid player—ranked third on my server, regularly purchased skins and Magic Chess passes, played six hours daily if I could, and participated in Magic Chess surveys. I genuinely loved this game.However, the transition to the new app has been disappointing. I paid for this season’s Magic Chess Pass to get the chessboard reward. The MLBB app required me to switch apps to save my data. After transferring, I discovered all my Magic Chess Pass progress was gone, along with my chance to earn the chessboard.The pass spans an entire season and requires consistent effort to unlock rewards. Losing my progress felt unfair. When I sought support, I was told some data couldn’t be transferred and was offered alternative rewards instead.For this reason, I stopped playing entirely. While I like the new app concept, I feel MLBB doesn’t respect its players and was focused on driving profits. A smoother transition should have been ensured. Of all the Magic Chess surveys I participated in, they focused entirely on what we wanted to see in the new app, not on what we liked about the current system (when Magic Chess was part of the Mobile Legends app). In hindsight, this was a mistake.I hope more people come to love Magic Chess and appreciate its beauty, but this is the end of the journey for me.

What an amazing game I have been playing for about 6 months now and have all the commanders unlocked. 4 of them which are 3 stars and only 4 of them which are 1 star. The rest are 2 stars. With balance changes almost every week, the meta is never dominant by a single hero, commander or synergy. This game also has amazing graphics. This game is not repetitive as there is a lot of different synergys and commanders, giving you a unique experience each time. Though it may take some time to unlock all the commanders, I highly recommend it.
