Can you educate your drivers to come to the door and not the building complex? That is the whole point of me ordering food. So i don’t sweat to take it. I would just go and buy it personally if i already have to come down. PLEASE!!! Happens every time. Last time i told him to come up and he was even mad.Why would you even put the floor and door info if it was not supposed to be a door delivery.

Hi there, that's not how Bolt Food delivery should work, if your notes say 'door delivery,' couriers should follow them. Please make sure your location pin and delivery instructions are set clearly in the app. If it happened again with a specific order, contact us via ☰ Account > Support so we can review the delivery details. Absolutely worst experience with a delivery service. I’ve traveled quite a bit and used delivery services in different countries and this one is by far the worst one. First delivery no driver was picking up the delivery and after an hour when I contacted support they apparently assigned the driver. I waited almost another hour and a half before I received my food stone cold. Not to mention that when the food was picked up, the driver was 5min away and he started going in a different direction ending up being 10minutes away before he started going towards me. Apparently I received a free delivery fee for my next order which was never to be found. I contacted support again and agent Faith “took” the case. An hour passed without any message before I closed the case and deleted the app. Never using it again. If you do not want my business, there are plenty of other apps that offer the same delivery services.
