I have been playing the game for a year, even put money on but on the last race (won all before) there was a glitch that did not let us join from the first day. I wrote to the customer support the same day telling them about it. They were busy which is understandable but when I saw people were getting compensation and I did not receive any I wrote again. Haven’t heard anything for a couple of days just to be told I was able to join! Is either they don’t have a good database or impact of the issue (a PIR could have solved it) either they don’t care about their customers. You could actually check my total points for the face that, if I would have been able to join, cannot be that small or even the prize I was seeing. How they are making you a liar to your face is just horrendous. Something broke, alright, compensate all affected customers. At this point I just want them to recognise how wrong were their customer service. Just do not install this if you want to get frustrated by how bad you are treated.

Hi! I enjoyed this game so far, but it’s frustrating to just sit and wait for stickers to come from the sky, just so we can still roll some dices. The Facebook group is not always so helpful, so I would suggest to make an update in which we’ll be able to join in-game groups, where we could request certain stickers from the mates and so on.Another idea would be to be able to do something with useless duplicate gold cards: to exchange them into something - a small pack of stickers, some dices, anything, I don’t know.

This game is made to spend money for all kinds of things.You receive 200 duplicate cards. Dice rewards are small…I played 1000 dices to try to win another 600…no chance..tournaments are winner by players who spend money only…every time I load the game I have 0 coins.Boards are expensive to finish buildings and money rewards are small.I’ve reached my point to uninstall the game…starting to be boring and frustrating.I have another dice game..is more fun than monopoly and 500 dices are enough to win 1000 dices.
