I like using IG but often times IG ends up using me. I would like to respectfully request the consideration of implementing a customizable feature within the Instagram settings that enables users to hide the Reels page. This feature could provide users with the ability to toggle the visibility of the Reels page on or off, thereby empowering individuals like myself to curate a tailored Instagram experience that aligns with our creative and personal goals.I firmly believe that by introducing such an option, Instagram can play a pivotal role in fostering a healthier relationship between technology and its users. This customization feature would not only contribute to improved mental well-being but also enhance the overall user experience on the platform. I am confident that this proactive step would be greatly appreciated by many users who, like me, aspire to strike a balance between enjoying the benefits of Instagram and maintaining control over our time and attention.

I have been trying to sign in to my alternate accounts on IG on my IPad, firstly I had two Accounts signed in which I could switch back and forth, however I had been trying to access my third Account but IG goes black. I deleted the app an reinstalled it, it gave me the option to sign in to my Account which I did, again when I tried to sign in to my 2nd account the IG screen went black. So now I cannot access my 2nd and 3rd Business Accounts. Please fix this issue. How can I access it?My 2nd Issue with IG is that It has been a photo App ever since I remember, why do I have to create Reels in order to reach an audience¿ what about the people who use it only for photos or can only post photos¿ will they ever be able to create a following on here¿ I personally have been using it for a long time, earlier the photos used to reach the people who were not even my followers now even your followers don’t get to see the posts you makes. This is ridiculous. I would like instagram to look into this as there are people who are only interested in posting photos, and deserve to be seen worldwide. Since there is no Photo only App, IG must use it to their advantage and instead on focusing on pushing Reels, also improve the algorithm for photo sharing experience.

Instagram claims to take action against abusers and harmful accounts, which I support 100%. But right now, innocent creators who follow all community guidelines are getting suspended or restricted for no reason at all. This is killing the trust of creators and small businesses who depend on Instagram. Every suspension should be reviewed by a human. Provide a working, fast, and transparent appeal system. “We couldn’t review your account” is not an answer. Give users a clear reason for suspension with exact policy violations, not generic warnings. Compensate or restore accounts that were wrongly suspended after the mistake is proven.
