Hi, great app but faced 2 minor issues, hope you will work on them 1. There is an issue when highlighting text, first time it works on every page, however, after that it doesn’t. 2. When reviewing a summary for the second time, progress also resets…which should not be happening

**This app is a complete scam!** I’ve never been this furious about an app before. Wiser charged me **TWICE** for a subscription and still didn’t give me access to the content. What kind of fraud is this? I paid real money, and all I could access was a *teaser introduction*. The actual book summaries—the only reason I downloaded this app—don’t even open. What kind of pathetic joke is this? They bait you with promises of 15-minute summaries and then block everything behind broken paywalls AFTER charging you. And even when I somehow managed to get into the app, NOTHING worked. I feel absolutely cheated. This is **fraud**, plain and simple. I was excited to get back into reading and thought this app would help me make the most of my time. Instead, it killed my motivation and made me regret ever trusting apps like this with my money. DO NOT download. DO NOT subscribe. They are just out to scam you. Apple/Google should really investigate this

I have seen it's ad in facebook. When I clicked on ad. After some questions. They offered me some packages. I paid for their package, they told me that a password will be sent to your email id, download app and sign in with your provider email and our provider password. But I didn't received any password. This is just a scam app. They just make money by scamming people. They are fraud. What is apple store doing? Apple should remove this app from AppStore. I paid them 30 dollars by accidental click. But got nothing in return. Bu instead in their app they are offering more expensive packages to fraud people. Its a scam app and they are scammer. They shows that it's AppStore editor choice, but it is just a scam. They are just getting paid reviews to make their ratings good. It helps them gain people trust and make fool of them. I no longer need this app, and I even logged into the website to deactivate the subscription. However, it continues to deduct money from my account again and again. There’s no option to remove my card details, and no proper subscription management inside the app.When I first used the app, I clearly selected the option not to save my card, yet it still saved it and keeps charging me without my permission. This app is misleading and feels like a scam.Be careful and avoid subscribing to this app.

Dear Team,I used the app for the first time and enjoyed reading along while listening. I appreciate how the app automatically shifts through the chapters; it’s a nice feature. However, when I listen to the quotes, the text jumps from the top to the bottom and then suddenly resumes from where it left off. This makes it difficult for me to maintain focus while reading. Could you please highlight the text that is being read? This would make it easier to navigate back to where I was before listening the quotes.Thank you!

I bought the yearly subscription, but the voice it uses sounds completely artificial, not even slightly human. It’s really disappointing for an app like this. It even reads out hashtags like “hashtag” while reading articles or summaries, which is annoying. I asked for a refund, but I haven’t heard anything back. The customer support is terrible — there’s no sign that they even received my message.

I’ve had the worst experience with wiser as they charged me alot more than what was mentioned for a 1 month subscription and as I’m trying to connect with the support team to cancel my subscription and ask why was I charged another transaction which was double the amount mentioned for 1 month subscription, I’m getting no response from the support team.

Getting into the app the user interface was really nice and simple but a bit misleading. Only 2 free books are available in which the ability to highlight is also bugged…cant even highlight properly without the app glitching. Super deceiving and glitchy application for mobile at least.
