I have loved the game but just logged into all my accounts to find all my accounts progress deleted

I have been playing for awhile and have loved the game, the mechanics and the storyline is pretty awesome. I’ve just come across an issue and not sure what the cause is. I have in the past deleted the game and my game data was still there when I downloaded the app again. Yet for some reason I’ve lost everything for the accounts I’ve made and it is pretty annoying.

Probably one of the best mobile games

Out of all the mobile games I play I find that most of them get boring after a while and I lose interest but with summoners war it is still my favourite game and I’ve been playing for over 3 years. I think it would really cool if there was a unit that could change all beneficial effects on the enemy team to their negative counterparts or something similar. I also really like the units with the purple stacks and would like to see more of them. Also can someone please reskin the dungeon bosses they are really old

I have been playing since 2014 and must say that most of the recent big changes has been positive but there are improvements that can be made. Please redo pvp rankings. I’m top 0.2% and only fighter 3. Maybe you can show arena defence failure matches to see what people are using against your defence. Also a cool new pvp game mode where you place 5 monsters on def and the attacker bans 1 enemy unit then the battle commences like a regular arena battle. Plus a new event where we can recover old nat 5s we regrettably feedSep 2025:Nat 5s don’t feel special. Game has lost its charm. Too many freebies I think. Maybe Nat 6s and 6 star runes would rejuvenate the game

I love this game. This game is really fun and now I’m addicted to this game. However, there is one thing about this game that I wish that it should be removed. The shield where it makes the opponent take 0 damage should be removed. This is because the opponent will keep on putting on shield and take no damage and will start to heal every damage that I’ve done to the monster. So please remove the shield ability or nerf it. Thanks
