Loving the Game

Hi, Hi Melsoft I just would like to tell you little problem and what i think of the game. Firstly i loveeee the game, it is very interesting and i love that there is many things to do. And that is the tiny problem everything that you need to do is with energy. Which is understandable but sometimes it gets hard to play the game as it is hard to get energy sometimes. I have been playing this and I really got addicted to it but quite some time it really got boring because I will have to wait for more energy. I just wish that it can be a little bit easier to get energy to make the game even fun and players can continue playing with no problem. Like doing tasks when we can complete one task we can get like 20 energy to help keep on playing. But that just one problem which is great but seriously this is a great game, btw thats all PS-Continue being a great developer

Cost to play is ridiculous

The game itself is really good, but to actually get past the 2nd or even first island of the adventure game you need to pay an unreasonable amount of money considering they used to have prize packs of $10 max 30 very rare. They increase the amount of energy and number of items you need to complete the last island of the 2nd to last adventure map, you need close to 15,500 energy for 3 items. And you need 15 of them. The most expensive purchase pack is $50-60 for 16,000 energy. They have increased the amount of energy required to earn cards, books, items etc and they never make you spend more money to get whatever tokens and then have programmed it so you don’t get the jackpot unless you are on the lowest possible option for it. They no longer have any gates on adventure items that go over 15 gold tools or 10 keys. How are you supposed to do anything when you would need to buy everything multiple times. The game has become a scam and is no longer enjoyed to people who can’t pay the ridiculous amounts required to play. You literally can’t even do anything on the home island or any other island. They really have ruined what was such great game. I understand it’s what the whole purpose of the game is for the developers but that is ridiculous especially when you only collect 40 energy per day and the daily rewards are similar.

Freezes most of the time

If you like to stare at games that freezes most of the time then this is the game for you.I can’t compete with others when this game freezes all the time. You watch ads for energy . It plays the ads but when it get to the end of the ads it says “oops something wrong” and you don’t get the energy. Lost count of how many times that happened. I wrote to them multiple times but the only solution they came with is to turn the phone off and back on again. Lost count turning in and off phone when it doesn’t work at all. The capacity hold mostly rare things which you can’t get rid off. It’s taking so much space and I can’t get rid of it. How can that be rare when I got more than 600 emerald and more than 700 candles etc holding most of my capacity? And I don’t use those things often.I think we should be able to choose what we should keep even if it’s rare or not.Instead of coming up with more challenges which I think they are fun. Family island should concentrate on fixing the problem.

If you like to stare at games that freezes most of the time then this is the game for you.I can’t compete with others when this game freezes all the time. You watch ads for energy . Hi I’ve been playing for a while now and you have made good improvements with getting energy and resources. Thank you. I am stuck trying to level the family house to tier 13. I have completed all the tasks and am trying to upgrade the last task being the workbench which is by the volcano and the game says the area is out of reach for my characters. I cannot work out how to gain access. Any tips on what I have missed?And also I can’t feed anyone. Apparently I have too much energy stored? Perhaps you could look at adjusting that?
