I think App Block is a great app for staying safe and focused online. It helps me block distracting apps, manage screen time, protect my data, reduce online addiction, support digital detoxes, and it even has an awesome lock method to keep everything secure. I also think it’s really affordable and easy to use, and I give it five stars for helping anyone take control of their phone and internet use.

Works much better for me than Refocus. Refocus has the temptation to unblock easily, or you have to pay (alot). With AppBlock, I have to reconfigure the settings every time which is annoying, so I don’t.

Love the app but wish there was a way to make strict mode follow a time limit for the apps! At the moment strict mode works on a schedule but I want it to kick in when my time limit is done! Or opening of apps limit. Is it possible to add this? As of current it just says “if you active strict mode it will be active indefinitely” but the time limit and open limit opinion reset the next day so why can’t strict mode?
