X-ray is such a cool feature

I have held off getting prime and have had it a short while now and I thought to watch one of my classic faves. But whilst watching on my phone on the bus I come across the X-ray feature which added more entertainment value to my movie. In the trivia section It shows continuity mistakes, facts behind quotes, inspirations for costumes and characters. A lot more valuable than Netflix or Disney.

Every time I blink and the language is set to “default”. I keep googling it and all it says is to change the language, when I’m not a monkey, I know that much. It doesn’t work. It makes it this horrible English dubbing while I try to watch a show in a different language. It won’t let me change it. And don’t even wait for me to talk about the subscription stuff and how horrible their customer support is! So, so so many problems and more problems are waiting for you after the problems. It’s like a six year old made this app. Either that or the app just hates me. That’s what it constantly feels like. Like they’re purposefully torturing me because that’s the only way it could be this messy. I just want to watch “Marry My Husband”. Is that much to ask?

So I live in NZ, I used the 1 week trial, and cancelled it because it wasn’t that good... and they are still charging my card. I have tried to put through a email in their web form, and they have emailed back but the email address they emailed from bounces back every time I try to reply to it! I then emailed through the web form again to email me from an email address I can actually reply from, and they say I can reply to it, but again, bounces back. Can’t call their contact centre due to the ridicules international charges and they can’t call me. So my card is still getting charged for a service I do not use. I have no subscriptions in my account, and no cards added. It’s horrible. Don’t get it! Disney + and Netflix are way better
