EDIT to 17 days waiting: after 8 emails still no response. Also the technical aspect of the game is gone after lvl 150. With complete mystery field levels its pure a gambling game build to collect you’re money. In one word: “frustrating” game. So game is deleted. EDIT TO RESPONSE: that reply is honestly pure rubbish. A tactical game would mean that you as a player can calculate a mechanic to complete X. BUT when ALL field are grey (higher levels) where is the tactical element? So no, that is a pure gamble based on luck gameplay where you as a player gets punisher hard when you fail your level and all bonuses are reset. So with that the ONLY aim of the game is to make profit with false advertisement, a bugged gameplay and by far the poorest customer support. Already 2 weeks since I send my latest email and until today still no reply, no offer has been made to fix what your game messed up. If possible I would give a minus star rating but sadly 1 star is the lowest. So again, recommendation is do not download this game. Pure waist of time with a broken system made to make you fail. EDIT: Due to many Bugs the game lets you lose while having open slots. Send a response to support but they 100% ignore you as a player. Changed rating from 2 stars to 1 star. —At its core, Marble Sort! could have been a genuinely fun puzzle game. The sorting mechanics are satisfying, and the concept has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, almost everything surrounding the gameplay ruins the experience. The biggest issue is that many levels don’t feel fair. The marbles often don’t appear to fall in a natural or random order. Instead, it frequently feels as though the game is manipulating the sequence to make levels artificially difficult, especially later on. Whether intentional or not, it creates the impression that success depends less on strategy and more on the game deciding when you should lose. That leads directly to the monetization. Progress eventually feels heavily pushed toward spending real money. Without boosters, some levels feel practically unbeatable, making it seem as though the game is designed to pressure players into buying power-ups instead of rewarding skill. The user interface only makes things worse. Pop-ups are placed in ways that make it incredibly easy to tap the wrong button and accidentally spend valuable in-game currency. It feels more like a trap than a genuine mistake, and that’s an extremely frustrating design choice. Then there are the advertisements. After nearly every single level, you’re forced to watch an ad lasting anywhere from 30 seconds to a full minute. This completely destroys the flow of the game. Even worse, the game asks €9.99 to remove ads permanently. For a mobile puzzle game with this level of polish and these aggressive monetization tactics, that price is hard to justify. It’s disappointing because there is a fun game buried underneath all of this. Instead of focusing on enjoyable gameplay, it feels like the experience has been built around maximizing ad revenue and encouraging purchases. Between the constant ads, the pressure to buy boosters, the frustrating UI, and levels that often don’t feel fair, the overall experience becomes more irritating than entertaining.I wanted to enjoy this game, but the aggressive monetization and questionable design choices completely overshadow what could have been a great puzzle game. I can’t recommend it.
We're sorry for the glitches and truly appreciate your patience! 🙏 We will release soon an update to fix the issue with the marbles not dropping into the conveyor. We hear your frustration, but we want to assure you that every level is designed to be beatable through gameplay and strategy alone. Sometimes a fresh perspective or a change in tactics is all it takes.
