I was really invested in infinity nikki, but the prices for these outfits are getting insane, I say this a a person who doesn’t mind dropping €200 a month on gacha. But this update was rushed, buggy and gameplay wise you get barely anyhing in return for spending in this game. Will cut my losses on this one unless they drastically improve

I have been playing this game since the release date, since i was very excited for it. Then i started having a break from the game for quite a while, because of personal reasons. After that i decided to log back in my account again since i wanted to play the game. I saw my account data has been deleted, everything. Not like i was very far in the game or anything, but losing all the progress was horrible. I decided to delete my account, and after trying to log in after a while, it was not deleted. I decided to give it another chance by contacting the company about my lost data. All they said is that i have to change the password of my account, and it should work. I replied that it didn’t work, and that all the data was still gone. No reply whatsoever, nothing! I requested to delete my account again and i hope it will be deleted forever.Horrible company, horrible costumer service, horrible prices, as stated also in other reviews of this game. Don’t download this game.

I love this game, I’ve been playing it so much lately, even got to Mira level 31 or more, got some cool outfits and got pretty far into the game. But I do have an issue. So, I just bought the distant anthem, and after restarting the game I saw my account is now back to the state it was when it where level 12. My outfits I wished for are also gone, and so are my cristals and teleport points aswell as everything I’ve done after Mira level 12. Idk if this is normal- or a bug. But I really want my Mira level back and the progress in the game I’ve made, bc I have to redo all quests aswell. also did spend money to get some outfits and lost those after buying the distant anthem. Maybe I missed a disclaimer that it would reset, in that case the faults on me, but if it isn’t, how do I fix it?
