I’m really feeling sad writing this because pics art is one of best apps that I so much love using for picture editing. I have used it for years. This time I around. I bought the 1 year subscription, my account was debited, but I mistakenly canceled the subscription, for over two weeks now, I have not been refunded. I was still hoping that I will get my fund back, I did a 2nd subscription, I was still immediately debited again without refunding me back money for my first subscription. I just decided to still cancel the 2nd subscription again to understand what is happening. Since 3days now, I have not still been refunded meanwhile, the status of both subscriptions are showing refunded.Meanwhile, I cancelled another app that I was using, my money for that was paid back to me within 48hours as promised. Me I don’t understand Picsart and their refund o. Let this not be 419. My #24,000 trapped in here just like that. This is too bad oEven a friend had to also cancel her own subscription after I told her what I’m experiencing, they also refused to pay her back her money. Pls the management’s of this app should look into this o. Pls I need my money o.Thanks.

First off let me talk about the positives. This app is GREAT for photo editing and even posting your work! The apps design is cool and it’s very creative, when I first got it I even gave it a 5 star but now I’m forced to change it to a 4. The recent update removed the commenting feature which not many of us like, how are supposed to know if our work is good if we can’t get any criticisms in the comments? Please fix it. Secondly you need to put a little more focus on the posting and viewing aspect, you keep on bombarding my recommended with YOUR posts and I find it even hard to find accounts I like! You should have like a recommendation system where according to the thing a person likes and follows you will recommend, Don’t just give us only your posts. And last but not least. When I first got the app any time I tried to sign in the app would crash. It took me HOURS to actually sign in. PLEASE fix this!! New comers might not like your app because of these issues! Thank you for reading this and I hope you fix all of these problems, I really enjoy the app and just want you to make it better!

I’ve been using this app for years now, and when I say I really love Picsart… it’s an understatement. It’s my go to editing app… and I love all the features. The AI effects makes it even better. My only problem is the subscription fee… I know you’ve tried to reduce it, and it’s one of the reasonably cheap editing apps out there… but we’d appreciate it if you can still reduce it a little. People wouldn’t mind opting for lesser ones if need be, especially now that AI does almost everything for everyone… This way People would be willing to subscribe and use the app even more. Overall, it’s a really great app and I love it so much❤️ Great job 👏

I will be honest, I really enjoy the PicsArt app, it’s really helpful since I use them to edit my art, but here is why I put 2 stars:So, I was doing a project in which I did the description of a character I drew in another app, it took like an hour to write all what I wrote because I am French so of course, I am not a pro in English, so I needed to add a png background image so I went on an app but then I needed to adjust a drawing, once I finished, I went on PicsArt and the app restarted, I was usually ok cause it always happened to me and the project I was doing was reappearing, but this time, it didn’t , I searched everywhere but I still didn’t saw it. I am very disappointed cause PicsArt is an app that I use for about a year, if u could be clarify this problem on the fact that the app restarts or even the ability of recovering a project.Thank you

I can't reload my picsart app back to my iPhone, please if the old version of the app is available please I will to have it's because I'm having problem updating my IOS on my iPhone , please i with love to use this app because this is the only app i know with the best of all please i really need it ( my iPhone IOS is 12.5.7)

I updated this app for this error might have been solved, but still thesame, after I created my video up to 15 mins then tries to save, it will only freeze at some point, either it stops at 27, the only time it save its when the video is short like 2 mins, so I search for help on google, told me it might be my space and an outdated iOS version but I have more than a space and updated, so I got angry and use InShot but what still makes me sticks on your app was, you guys app still have a great features, which still draw me close to the app, try and fix that issue of freezing someone project, it waste time and hurt so much

To be honest. Picsart is of the best photo editing apps out there. The only thing I can complain is the less fonts provided in the app. I feel like we need more fonts to suit our edit more. Mostly we have to use third party apps to add fonts. So I hope you'll look into that. Thanks for your service

I hate the app because i clearly canceled my subscriptions from the App Store and uninstalled it cause I don’t use it any more but yet Pics-art continues to remove my money from the plan that I don’t even use anymore its painful cause the money they remove are my savings I can’t keep up with it anymore it’s a fraudulent act.I even had to delete my account today because of this I hate you guys this app is terrible and I hope you don’t remove my money again cause honestly i will make sure to do my best that everyone knows how terrible your app is

Over the years, pics art has been doing great and i love all the features that has accompanied each evolution.However, i would love them to include "justify" to the text alignment so as to compliment their steadfast journey in making a this great app.I'll drop a 5-star rating
