This app has always been good and I notice I can’t even view my transaction lists and even my statement for sometimes now and it’s frustrating, i think this no data stuff is just for IPhone users. I can’t even chat with your customer service on the app again and the customer care line is not going through. Please rectify this issue as soon as possible

I’ve been having trouble with the face verification feature on the PalmPay app. Despite having good lighting and a working camera, the app is still unable to recognize my face. I’ve tried restarting the app, as well as my phone, but the issue persists. I’ve also checked for updates, but I’m still facing the same problem.It’s quite frustrating because the feature is supposed to be a quick and easy way to verify my identity, but it’s not working as expected. I’ve also ensured my internet connection is stable, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.Please look into this and provide a solution, as this is preventing me from using the app effectively. I would appreciate any guidance or support you can offer.

What started as a cool app turned something else over night; constant errors, alerts not coming as at when due and so many others. The major being the fact the iPhone app doesn’t show the number of transactions processed in a day. I can’t even see the total incoming money for a day; I always have to check the machine itself which is really annoying. Please it would be easier for many people facing this issue. An update to the app came and I thought it would be fixed. It’s still the same.

I have been have issues viewing my transactions on my iPhone X. This started since February 2023. I was using iPhone 7 before and it was not like this. I reported and was told it’s system upgrade and months later I’m still have same issues. Please try and fix it. Thank you

The only successful transactions I have been able to do with my phone is airtime. Same pin I have been using for over a year and the one I use for recharge on the same app isn’t working. Even if I attempt to change password and the sent me otp, it’ll always say otp is incorrect.I’ve been trying for over 5 days now.With all the reviews, your developers are not doing anything about this. You don’t careEven the loan I collected cannot be repaid because the loan option is not available on the iPhone app

The app has really been fine…until now…can’t see my transaction history for some time time..is annoying..please fix it up

If they had told me I would experience this, I wouldn’t have opted for PalmPay. It frustrates my business. I cannot check transactions on my app. When someone transfers money, we should be able to even check such transaction on the POS but you don’t have that feature. My most grudge is that this app is useless because I can check transaction history. Fix up.

For a couple of days now I can’t seem to view my transactions n that’s not good for business at all. Secondly, d split minute it takes for ur customer service chat to be transferred to another person is hell too small. Imagine having a conversation with ur agent n the next thing u r transferred to another agent n u have to repeat everything u told the first person over again 😩

This is to inform you about the problem I’m facing for long and i even decided to stop using your machine because of this issue. I can’t be able to see my transactions history even statement of account when i call the agent they’re just telling to delete the application and re-download it again

I tried to close my account several times and each time they presented a hill for me to climb in order to be able to close the account. As I am writing this, the account is still open. I am truly disappointed by all departments of their customer service. They failed me in this regards and I will never recommend palmpay to anybody.
