It's a minimal weekly planner, to do list and diary built around one clean week view, with no hourly slots and no clutter. Organise tasks, reminders and notes, share your week with your family or team, and sync it both ways with the calendars you already use.
- Week, day and month views
Tweek opens in the week view by default, with no hourly scheduling. We think it's the best way to organise your life and work without stress. You see the whole week at a glance and simply move things around. Zoom into a single day planner when you need focus, or switch to the month view for the bigger picture. Use it as a weekly planner, a work or school timetable, or a simple diary for the week.
- To do list, notes, checklists and subtasks
Note down your thoughts in a text editor, break big items into subtasks, and build checklists. Attach files to any task, so the document you need sits right where you'll look for it. Everything lives next to the day it belongs to.
- Two-way sync with Google, Outlook, Apple Calendar and Reminders
Full two-way sync, not just import. Add or edit something in Tweek and it shows up in Google, Outlook and Apple, and anything you change there flows straight back into your week.
- Web, iPad and Mac apps
Tweek works on iPhone and iPad, on Mac, and in any browser. Start your week on your phone, plan it properly at your desk, tick things off on the go. Your calendar and your tasks are the same wherever you open them.
- Colours and custom themes
Paint any task any colour you like, and build your own colour theme for the whole calendar. A cosy highlighter and paper feel, in an aesthetic minimalist design.
- Reminders and custom recurring tasks
Get reminders by email or push notification so nothing slips. Set up recurring tasks on your own pattern: every few days, on specific weekdays, or whatever your routine actually looks like. Build it once and let it run.
- Share and collaborate
Share your whole weekly planner or just a single task, and work on it together with your team or family. A shared calendar that people actually read.
- Your printable paper planner template

As someone who often feels overwhelmed with too many tasks and never knows where to start, this app has helped me tremendously. The widget feature gives me a quick overview of my to‑do list, and it’s so easy to dump everything in, then drag and organise tasks based on my timeline and capacity. It even syncs with my calendar, which is a huge plus. The overall theme is clean, calming, and not overwhelming at all — perfect for staying focused and feeling that satisfying moment when I get to cross things off.Suggestions:1. Add a weekly view2.
