The ads not allowed to close, no close button shown eventhough it has already been on my screen for 5 minutes! Not able to use the app and search caller ID since there is no way for free users to leave or go back or even close the ads. What the hecc? If you don’t want to make the app accessible for free users anymore, please just leave us out of it. I’m uninstalling. Such a small issue but so ridiculous. It’s been days since I waited for other ads but it’s always the same ad that’s like stuck on the screen. I’m not dumb for not being able to find the close button because there wasn’t any button at all aside from the redirect to web. So annoying.
Family Plan - Scam Targeting User!!

I encountered the Family Plan issue. After attempting to purchase it, a misleading message popped up stating the purchase was successful, but it actually wasn’t. This issue with the software led to repeated purchase attempts. Additionally, after successfully purchasing the Family Plan, there is no option to ‘add family members.’ Instead, the only available button is ‘Leave Family,’ which is completely illogical.I sent an inquiry via email and waited for several days, only to receive a response suggesting I cancel my Truecaller Premium subscription through the iOS App Store. This is very disappointing. Truecaller used to be reliable, but now it feels like a scam targeting users. I would strongly advise against trusting this software!
