When i try to watch TV3, the screen is buffering and it is normal. So i wait for it until it becomes blank. Nothing appears. Then i have to reopen the app multiple times and yes, i watched the ads for multiple times also. Maybe Tonton may improve PiP (Picture in Picture) and reduce the ads after we switching apps or answering call. Because we need to wait for the ads before we can continue the dramas. If so, its better than i need to wait the blank screen and reopen the app multiple times. Easily crash. If i pause, the app also crash. I hope you guys can improve this. We are watching live channel. So if we missed the episode because of switching apps and need to reopen multiple times, then for what this app for ? This is 2024, please do something. I know by subscribing can remove the ads but when its free, you give the bad experience. How come we want to subscribe with you 😅 i didn’t say fully remove but make it logic. We just reply message from the notification and boom ads again. Someone call, ads and then crash. Make it more user friendly so we are open to subscribe. If you want to put bunch of ads its okay if the playlist is okay. But its not okay because of the crash and blank screen. So im so sorry but please improve on this 🙏🏻

I subscribe Tonton for the sake to watch live tv. However im very dissapointed to find out too many unnecessary ads during live tv. Aside from normal ads same as tv there are additional annoying ads repeatedly played when i watch the live tv. Imagine when u watch news like buketin utama suddenly there is ads appear for 1-2 minutes while in current live tv there is no ads on the air. Please fix this issue otherwise i feel cheated by subscribing your service.

TONTON truly brings back memories and allows me to relive those wonderful moments. I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to the developers for their hard work in creating such a fantastic platform where nostalgia and convenience meet. However, I must mention that I find it quite annoying to have ads popping up every 10 to 15 minutes. While I understand the need for advertisements, the frequency can disrupt the viewing experience significantly. I’m curious if you are open to suggestions regarding this matter. I would like to propose that it might be more beneficial to have longer ads, perhaps every 30 minutes instead. Personally, I wouldn’t mind watching an ad if it means I can enjoy my favorite shows without interruptions. As a student with limited financial commitments, I can’t afford a subscription, so this approach seems fair for both parties. I’ve been using the Tonton app on both mobile and smart TV, and the experience has been quite disappointing. The app is very slow to load and navigate, even basic menus take too long to respond. It’s also not responsive, often freezing or lagging when trying to play or browse content.The most frustrating part is the constant buffering, which happens even when my internet connection is strong and stable. It’s clearly an issue with the app itself, not the connection. This happens consistently across devices, making it hard to enjoy any show or movie without interruptions.Tonton has great potential with its local content, but the performance issues really need to be fixed for it to be a reliable streaming app.
