Half way playing a match the ball can suddenly disappear from the screen and the focus shifts to one side of the court leaving the player unable to see where is the oncoming ball. This happens when the ball is hit hard or if it is going very fast towards one side of the screen. Second problem is the poor player match up. There is a big mismatch between players in terms of attributes making it impossible for one player to challenge the other.

This game is fun and addicting. I was definitely into it for a long time. However it soon became clear to me that the match making is ridiculous. There were players around the same trophy level as me, and I was greatly outnumbered in power level and could barely even return a shot. To get to their level, you would need serious upgrades in your items or be aided by the different strings. Despite getting bags with items after winning matches, there is a long wait for them to open, and the items we get are not nearly as strong as our opponents. In order to reach their level, you’d have to be extremely lucky or be willing to purchase items/gems using your own money, which I won’t do. This is resulted in an endless losing streak until I was matched with an opponent with a relatively similar power level. I’ve seriously considered deleting this game. I hope that this issue will be fixed as this game can be really fun.

Tennis fans be prepared to be disappointed. For all the hype, this is a pay to win app. You may feel like reloading cash for this game, but trust me, in the long run it’s not worth it. There are too many flaws with this game. Firstly the gameplay. The opponent seems to be able to return the ball no matter how far apart they were from it, everytime. I dont know, maybe its the matchup or something else. Then the matchup mechanics. I always get players whose stats out matched mine, which ended up in a losing streakNext is the tournament bags. You have to wait for 3hours or 8hours to unlock a bag & no, you can’t unlock multiple bags simultaneously, which the player needs to spend gems to unlock them quicker (and in return spend money to top up the gems)Could’ve been a fun and chilled out game to play, but overall it was a horrendous experience. Playing it for two weeks already and i feel (personally) that the developers are just there for the money.

Don’t reload any money in this game if you trust my paint experience. I was so enjoy the game after found it from the advertisement, then I was start to purchase the promotion pack for beginner and then my nightmare has arrived! Can’t believe that the gameplay is so different without any setting change,directly from Pro to amateur level even though you used the same tactics. And the network can be disconnected at anytime during the game play and then you lost the game unexpectedly.. It is absolutely unbelievable worst experience after purchase the promo pack! If you do not want to experience what I’ve been experiencing then just play for fun and don’t purchase anything even the offer is attractive. I wish to delete the game but I’ve spend too much,so I need to treat it as time passing entertainment until it hit my limit. But for sure,I won’t purchase anything from now on.
