PC steam is not online while my wifi is up and connected, steam has a refresh button that literally does nothing even a down syndrome has the ability to communicate. This cost me my game on apex and left me with a 10mins penalty, while trying to refresh the game took another 10mins. How are you able to compensate for the stress induced and time wasted? I would like a formal response from Steam developers, if not i will consider bringing this issue up again and again until it has been solved. The review is truly genuine and will remain 1 star is not 0 until the customer end is satisfied. Please do reach back in a timely manner. Thank you.

Steam mobile has been around years ago with its crappy problems like unable to change pfp, page not loading/took too long/doesn't save previous page and all those stuff.But this time, 2022 around September they’ve finally overhaul and update their UI just for mobile. Does it look great? Well yes it finally looks mobile and no the UI design is still slightly annoying which require you to pressing bunch of buttons before going into the menu you needed. Especially the Friend list, like christ, you have to hover to your personal profile and then below there is the list. Like why don’t you just put friends like together with bottom row or something? (But eh, that’s just nick picking)Overall, after the new overhaul, the follow up bug fixing and performance improvements sure smooth most of the issues.And also, why the heck is your chat system still separate individually by app? Its just so redundant bro.

The customer service was extremely arrogant, and in order to supposedly prove my account, they wouldn't even accept the invoice sent via their own official Gmail. Why send me an invoice through Gmail then? They also threatened me, saying that if I couldn't provide their so-called evidence, they would close the program and refuse to resolve my issue.

Hi dev,I found out when I search any game I want I want , yes it pop put at result, but when I click it, I start loading and remain at the same place after refresh. Please fix it, pcversion don’t have this kind of problem, Pc version I click and can view the game product and information and many more.
