Ripped off or just scam /something

I usually don't write reviews but I feel like this game is a scam and they rigged up they're customers and doesn't care what they are showing on here is not really what's happening in the game I've made a purchase twice now didn't receive my coins not refund was made also they stop giving free coins by watching ads everything is cut in half like the booster, before when you make a purchase you'll receive free coins the next day but that was also stopped without warning I'm not sure they really have an email or people handling that doesn't care and they filter they're comment on facebook and instagram please Apple Store I'll advice to look into this people really not far after you double your price and still yet the app crashes and puff all the coins are gone and no refund nothing really Pathetic
