**After today’s update, all is great again. Thanks Apple. I started using Shazam since it first came out in the App Store. Can’t actually remember the date but was either the iPhone 3G or 3GS era. I even supported the RED Shazam app which they stopped and gave us full access to the paid version after they discontinued updating the RED app. Since my first Apple Watch series 3, I love using it for its quickness and efficiency. But I notice after Apple Inc bought over Shazam and updated the app, now it won’t work unless I’m shazaming the Apple Watch next to a speaker. It’s like it’s gone deaf. Like when I’m driving and a song comes over the radio that I want to Shazam so I use the Apple Watch but it keeps listening, listening then it states that it’ll tap me when it finds a match. After about 10 minutes later it would just state that it fail to match the song and try again later. Even I have tried putting the volume higher while shazaming in the car but it would still fail. Ever since lately Shazam on my Apple Watch has been useless. Please fix this Apple. It use great.
Obscure Genre? No problem!

Its impressive that shazam can detect up to almost any song on planet earth. Especially the old one. You know, the one that of our late grandfathers era. Thai, Malay, Indian or Chinese song, no problem! But of course didnt test it yet to identify latest indie prod/ underground music. I think it will do just fine, because i manage to get the title of some recent obscure music with the apps.
Not functioning lately

I’ve been using Shazam since having my iphone3gs and all is fine and great until lately Shazam stops functioning on my iphone 6. The bug appears every time I use the app. Whenever I tap on the shazam round button to let the app detect a song/music, it just does nothing & seems to be “hang” and there will be a blink after a few seconds and it will prompt me to tap to shazam again. It is frustrating and disappointing. Please fix this bug & allow users to update with the bug fixed.
It doesn’t detect the music as good as when this app first started

I have been using this app for a long time and I’ve noticed it does not detect songs as good as before when it first started....now I have to go straight to where the speakers are in order to detect (which I won’t do coz the music is loud enough from where I’m standing)... this app when it first started was my favorite coz even when the music is far and my surroundings is noisy it was still able to detect the music and back then our phones are not as high tech as now... would appreciate if you could fix that... thanks
