I was a very active player on this game. I top up this game from the game inside and uni pin. At the end of June, there’s new event and I top up some amount into this game. In order to get demon lord set and archangel weopeb and etc… after two days, my account has been banned, the errors pop out and ask me to contact customer service. 0/10 for the customer service. Late response, the customer service ask for my ign and Id role twice. They check and check again and they tell me I have a refund on this game so they had to ban my account. First of all, I never refund for this game. And I support my bank account transaction to them. iOS purchase record screenshot. All had no refund at all. They ask me to recharge 50usd to the game for releasing my account. It’s okay to play for fun, but it’s not fund anymore. Poor event, unbalance merging between servers and servers. More than 50% had quit this game. Good luck for this game. For those who saw this review please go and research about fingerfun. How many people get banned and tell them they had a refund, but they did not. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with their system/ strategy to boost sales
