I’ve had this app for over a year now and I have to say that I love it! The upgrades to the app and related apps are amazing and new functions are just over the top. If you are looking for somewhere to get your moneys worth and looking to grow yourself through personal development. You definitely need to give this app a try and consider an All Access Pass for the amazing value for money that you get. Very grateful for Vishen and the team for their good work.

This rating and review is solely based on the way this app has been functioning. I’ve been using this app for a while now and I’ve been enjoying the daily meditation sessions keeping myself accountable by tracking my progress using the ‘Streaks.’ And after completing a certain number of ‘Streaks’, it unlocks a different badge and that keeps me motivated. The problem I’ve been facing and this has happened for the 3rd time already is that after a certain amount of ‘Streaks’, it resets even when I’ve completed the meditation for that day. The 1st time this happened, I had completed 5 streaks, and on my 6th one, it reset. I filed a complaint, no response. The 2nd time this happened was a week ago. I hit 11 streaks, however the app recorded it as 10, didn’t record the 11th streak and the very next day it reset. When I filed a complaint, customer service did nothing about it except repeatedly tell me how they aren’t able to access the ‘Streak’ component on their end and there is nothing they can do about it. I should just keep up with my routine. This is the worst response customer support can give anyone. Fast forward to today, 7th July, the same issue has surfaced. Last night was the completion of my 7th steak, only registered it as 6 and this morning reset to 0. This is frustrating, annoying and I have just about had it with your unhelpful customer support team and the excuses. If this glitch is happening, don’t you think this issue is something that should be taken seriously? I highly doubt I am the only one who is facing this situation. How can you create an app and then not be able to access a component from the backend system. This is unacceptable and quite frankly the dumbest thing I’ve heard. You charge us so much for your membership and can’t fix a glitch like this. I am simply baffled.

This is so far the best education app I’ve ever come across. The 6 phase of meditation by the Founder of Mindvalley Vishen is mind blowing and of course it’s practically useful in our daily life. I have been practising the 6 phase meditation since I went through the quest. It has literally changed my mindset and the way I live. I would recommend this to anyone who are looking for ways to enhance our human consciousness in this modern tech life. Great job!
