For those who said this new magic chess could not challenge it’s predecessor may have something wrong in their brain. I have been a casual player since the predecessor, people would spam Tharz and Ling. When its Moskov x Dyroth meta, people would spam them. in this new platform you won’t see these kind of things. Every match will be new gameplay, every synergy have their own counter. You won’t find any overpowered synergy/commander without planning. Theres so many new commander to explore.
Lacking in Challenge & Creativity

I find Magic Chess GoGo no longer challenging compared to its predecessor. One of the main appeals of the previous Mobile Legends Magic Chess was the diversity of characters and the strategic depth offered by the crystal synergies. They allowed players to adapt and experiment with various setups based on the ever-changing conditions of each match.Now, it feels like the game has been oversimplified. Removing the characters from the original Magic Chess and replacing the dynamic synergies with more straightforward mechanics has reduced the fun and creativity. The gameplay feels monotonous and one-dimensional—a “one-trick pony” experience that becomes boring over time.I really hope the developers consider bringing back some of the features from the previous version to restore the excitement and depth that made the game so enjoyable.

I hope there are limited number of heroes at shop in game like the one adopted in MLBB Magic Chess. This doesn't just improve competition in hero but also fix over randomly hero appear in shop in game. Like its hard to level up your core (4 star) even at higher commander level. It just a random hero of 1-3 gold that appear over and over even you at peak commander level. Fix this to balance in game experience and make it more sensable. You cant do anything with 1 star core until the end of the game you can't make it. How do you want survive? After level up commander to a higher level lost a lot of gold but still dont have a higher star hero.. so limitation sometime good to balance the game

This game is straight up an improvement than its original one. There’s a lot of heroes can be experimented which is very good and versatile in my opinion. The characters design is very likable with its own charm for each one of them. I really do miss the old one but I havin a blast with the new one. So far I only got a problem with the time setup round which is very short but still doable. I hope there’s more QoL improvement in the future. That’s all for my honest review. Thank you for reading~
