I am very frustrated with the MyRailtime option. I couldn’t check the train schedule in advance to prepare for going to work or planning to go somewhere by KTM train. I missed the train a few times because the app was not working properly, and I couldn’t check when the train was arriving.

User interface good but when you start clicking it, everything loading soooo SLOWWW. Payment SLOW, check your ticket booking SLOWWW, and when you want to buy ticket every single time need key in passport number. This app is disaster.
