Classroom is a free service for schools, non-profits and anyone with a personal Google Account. Classroom makes it easy for learners and instructors to connect – inside and outside of schools. Classroom saves time and paper, and makes it easy to create classes, distribute assignments, communicate and stay organised.
Classroom is designed to help teachers create, collect and mark assignments paperlessly, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google Document for each student. It also creates Drive folders for each assignment and for each student to help keep everyone organised.
Students can keep track of what's due on the Assignments page and begin working with just a click. Teachers can quickly see who has or hasn't completed the work, and provide direct, real-time feedback and marks from within Classroom.
With the mobile app for iOS, students and teachers can view their classes and communicate with their classmates in real time. Students can open their assignments and work on them right from their iPhone or iPad. Teachers can keep track of who has handed in work and mark the assignment – at school or on the go. Students and teachers receive notifications when they have new content in Classroom, so they are always up to date.
There are many benefits of using Classroom:
Easy to set up
Teachers can add students directly or share a code with their class to join. It takes just minutes to set up.
Saves time
The simple, paperless assignment workflow allows teachers to create, review and mark assignments quickly, all in one place.
Improves organisation
Students can see all of their assignments on an Assignments page, and all class materials (e.g., documents, photos and videos) are automatically filed into folders in Google Drive.
Enhances communication
Classroom allows teachers to send announcements and start class discussions instantly. Students can share resources with each other or provide answers to questions on the stream.
Secure
Like the rest of Google Workspace for Education services, Classroom contains no ads, and never uses your content or student data for advertising purposes.

I would rather have my iPad thrown away instead because last time,MY GC COULDN’T LOAD MY ASSIGNMENT AND WHEN I TRY TO SUBMIT MY FREAKING HOMEWORK,it said, ‘Error, please try again.’ I had enough with it and I just wanna like throw it away. I do not understand why it is like this. I didn’t so many attachments. I upload two or four attachments yet they said the same thing. Please fix this!!! -En Yi
Review : Google Classroom
Nur Asma Ulhusna
Google Classroom is an online learning application used in today's education world. This application helps teacher and students to interact in a systematic and user friendly platform. By simply using a Google account, users can easily access learning materials, assignments, and feedback at any time. It also allows teachers to manage classes efficiently and monitor student's progress in a more organized way. One of the biggest advantages of Google Classroom is the way it organizes your coursework. Teachers can upload notes, videos and quizzes while students can upload their work directly to the platform. This traits not only saves time but also encourages a paperless learning environment. Moreover, the comment and feedback allow teachers and students to communicate effectively which enhances understanding and engagement. It also helps students to stay updated with deadlines and announcements. However, there are some limitations as well. The application depends in stable internet connection, which can cause a problem for students in areas with limited access. It may also take time for new users to become familiar to all of the features available. In conclusion, Google Classroom is a very useful tool to improve digital learning. With constant improvements, it has great potential to stay as a key platform in modern education systems across the world.
The app keeps crashing whenever assignment and close the app.
Malaysian Slander
The app keeps crashing no matter what when I have an edit assignment open and the first time I has to retype everything. Need to fix this bug because I can lose all my stuff if I accidentally click home button. Extra: fix the refresh daemon because it does not refresh properly after a reload.
