Lots of big players with automated bots. Big players often bully smaller players , with unkind, abusive words, threats and some of which are rather disgusting too. In the real world, such threats could have gotten . In the Evony world, you either stop playing or tolerate it. Complaints to customer service is a waste of time. They will only ask you to provide photos, snap shots of chats or mails etc. They wont take any actions despite the evidence given. After some time you only get an email telling you that they hope the matter is resolved and they will proceed to close the case.

hello evony, I have been playing evony for a long time and played safely and did not do anything evil or use hacking or do robots and evony said my account did something evil, is it now that evony always makes ordinary players like me have to receive messages, I really I enjoy playing Evony and have been around for a long time, but if Evony always commits stupid violations and blames clean players like me, then Evony will always be a problem for players from all countries and I hope Evony will act for optimal updates and can make all players comfortable with Evony, that's all. my report ..evony is problematic

It was a great game and it still can be a great game in some points, but recently developers are becoming increasingly narrow-minded. They are not interested in developing their game and taking care of regular players. All attention now is directed to pumping money in any way. Gradually they remove all free options, add more and more requirement of purchasing packages to all the smallest sections of the game. Their technical team is less and less professional: glitches every day and everywhere. Not sure if they fired good team and hired some dilettantes for less pay. Their customer support is one of the most disgusting and I wouldn’t even name it “support” - such disrespect to customers who buying their products I’ve met only in third world countries! No answers or solutions to problems are offered. They never compensate even if you lost everything because of technical glitches in the game - even if you spend money here on packages - they just don't care about you. Maybe it’s because the Chinese bought this game now as I heard. Not sure. Therefore, think and just do not start - the choice of such games is huge.

This game was all good and great. But ever since updated new version update for K40 features the game is lagging and full of glitches now and then. No longer smooth as it was when I first started playing. Please do something about it and make it better on user experience or else I just dump it forever. Thank you.
