I have been playing this game for more than 4 years. It is a cute and fun game. I really enjoy playing this game until the latest updates. It is still fun and addicting. However, I do not know what’s wrong with the latest updates. It not only drain my battery and it will heat up my phone easily. To know that, my phone rarely heat up after I switching to IPhone 12. I might need to quit this fun game regretfully as I think it is not good to have my machine heat up every time I playing this game.
Lower the price for each items please 🙏🏻

I’ve been enjoying this game since 2019. And I cannot move on after that. This is seriously one of the best running game out there. The cookies itself are so freaking cute. Lots of events and with breakout mode you will get free crystal according to your scores. But I just hope you guys can lower the price for those items that need to be purchase by real money. Especially rainbow cube cos that is hard to get. Thanks..
Less cookie trials

Why some cookie that are no available for cookie trials? Such as herb cookie, cream puff cookie, pistachio cookie, pilot cookie, and princess cookie. They should be on cookie trials to get crystals. Furthermore, there are no gacha cookie or pet only leveling up. It really frustating that the new comers cannot contribute to guild team due leveling up cookies and pet. For suggestion at least all cookies are available on cookie trials and the reward is that material that already build, like blackberry cookie when clear bronze, silver, gold, they already gave you the material just need to leveling up. This for epic and rare cookie only. Thanks

I've been playing this game for nearly two years now, and I love everything about this game! They make updates pretty fast and their events are totally unique! But I feel like the older characters get neglected pretty quickly, by that i mean like for example how Sorbet Shark Cookie isn't focused to anymore as the eventa have changed. But other than that, this game is perfect!
