I been trying to book an air ticket for my wife. The process is totally disaster and make me keep on complaining to the customer service but they couldn’t solve my issue. It took 2 days for me to book 1 air ticket for my wife. Until I found out, although I have done login in the app and I have to click somewhere else to login my Big Loyalty ID. After done all these, I manage to use the travel voucher that in my account to purchase the air ticket. After all the incident above, I have suffering a lot as below:- 1. Pay higher price on the air ticket due to the incompetence of the app itself. 2. Wasting a lot of time by repeating the same steps due to wait for the same seat to be opened back so I can choose the same seat again since the payment was unsuccessful by the system saying I have to login to use the travel voucher, at that moment I have login for the app. 3. Asking assistance from the several customer service agents but the solutions they provided are totally useless and couldn’t solve my problem at the 1st place. 4. I wondering why there are 2 login required for a single app, after login to the app and login again for the BIG LOYALTY. For me, it is totally stupid and who ever think to login and login again by clicking somewhere else in the app. 2 accounts should can be link together since under the same user. 5. One of the customer service agent informing me that the travel voucher can be used for partial of the trip due to the limit of the voucher’s user have breached. It is totally ridiculous and unacceptable.

I book a local flight from KL to Langkawi so that I could have some vacation since I’m having a depression. Lately i always think negative and I can’t even focus. Fastforward I want to refresh myself and to protect my inner peace. I book a flight from KL to LANGKAWI VISE VERSA and guess what! The flight has been delayed! I tried to reschedule it from the app since I received an email that I can still either re-book or get a travel fund of credit.. what’s worse is that when I check the booking in my app oh my GOD I cannot rebook it! It’s says its beyond the schedule. It’s so frustrating and I’m very dissapointed my depressiion becomes worse! I though I could have a better feeling once I take a flight sad to say I just waste my time to the airport. I hope AirAsia can fix the App and update the it to make sure that what they send to email is same as what we can do to the app just to add the Airasia car! When I book it and waited for long then the driver will cancel ALWAYS its happening. I hope driver should be responsible as well and respect our time since we TRUST This application claiming that the application make our live’s easier but well it looks like miserable. I already boarded early to the gate.. I just went to the nearby toilet at gate J5 and the ship left at 6.05am... there was another 10 minutes and I didn't get a chance to get in.. what's wrong with me getting in, I'm not late for check-in. .I checked in as early as 3 days before the flight..I entered the boarding house 40 minutes early..and one of the Airsia staff couldn't go to the toilet 20 minutes before the flight...the toilet is near the coat..I can't take it anymore I want to throw it away.. I don't want to endure my pain.. who wants to bear it?.. before this airasia would call and wait for the person who had already checked in or even airasia would call the person who had checked in boarding but this time they didn't call at all.. no for a chance, isn't it, I'm late.. if I can't get in, tell me to go to airasia customer service.. I'm here to pay again for a new ticket?!... I don't want to, I have to buy it with a heart disappointed with airasia's service if not because I thought my mother was sick...I wasn't late for check-in or deliberately late?!..there's no call for anything..I can accept it again if I'm late for check-in, I'm all ready and I just have to get on the plane. you can't wait or open the door...if you want to tell me to go up the stairs, I'm ok..airasia delays my plane, I've never complained, I just wait..this is us as customers and we don't go up for free, you pay..it's not cheap, but never we are complacent but why is it a bit late can't we wait.. in the airasia system there must be someone in the system who has checked in and who hasn't??.. very disappointed... it's been years since i have been on airasia.. it's really sad

The location boarding was so far and need to walk very long. The custom check service was slow during holiday even there was very long queue for custom checking. This make me queue very long and take very long time to pass the custom check and enter into the boarding gate. At the end, I reach the gate 10min before the flight depart and there gate was closed. I unable to catch up my flight and missed the flight even the plane is still there. We are 10 people at the boarding gate there requested the air Asia stuff assist us to boarding because the plane is still there but the disallowed us to do so! We were so disappointed with air Asia service. In addition, we are informed to purchase a new tickets rather than just pay for the additonal charges to get the next flight. It cause us pay for additional about RM 800 per person to purchase flight ticket and baggage. We were purchase baggage fee and select for the seat in plane before however all burnt and need to pay the same amount for the next flight. Please be considered and charge for the reasonable charges. I had take Air Asia flight for so many years and really so disappointed!!!
