Dear developer, the last time I used this app took place in February of 2021 and there was no problem in this app at all. However, in May of 2021 I used Zoom again and there was a new issue which I really hate. In any Zoom meeting, if there are more than 20 participants in it, the app doesn’t lag unless if all of the participants’ videos are on, the app lagged so bad! I clicked the screen and the buttons took 5 seconds to appear and clicking the buttons also took 5 seconds to respond! My teachers once thought I was ignoring them because I never reply to them, but that was because the buttons took 5 seconds to pop out and I clicked the unmute button and it took 5 seconds to respond. This issue is quite frustrating and annoying.Every time before my teacher called my name I have to keep my microphone on until my teacher call me when there are than 20 people in meeting with their videos on. I would like you to fix this glitch so that I wouldn’t get into trouble again. Thanks.

I am using iPad Pro 11” with iPad os 13.1.2 but face some bug. When opposite participant shared whiteboard with iPad Air or phone, when I annotate on the whiteboard , the position I wrote is offset into a different point. It is off the position by 5cm away from the point I write on my screen. This doesn’t happen if opposite participant shared whiteboard is done thru PC.Furthermore, sharing whiteboard from iPad, the whiteboard is wipe clean whenever you stop sharing & return to a clean whiteboard. Whatever, is written on the whiteboard is not save. U have the option to save as pictures only, but reopen as pictures I am unable to amend the previous whiteboard annotations. Unlike, sharing from PC the whiteboard is automatically save & when u stop sharing whiteboard & reshape the whiteboard the annotations still remained there to continue with possible of rework on the previous annotations such as erase & rewrite on it.

I know that this App got zoom bimbing before. Since the setting has been upgraded with password to join the meeting. It is Safe to use. It is very powerful App with the whiteboard and advance function. Can share content and all the members can mark and comment on it. Besides, your App is the faster than other video conferecing. Well done! But many whatsapp viral about the fake news about hacking the pc system, loss of money in bank and etc. For me, they just simply forward blindly. So far, no police report has been lodged lossing of money because of using Zoom conferencing. I wonder if they share their bank account during zoom conferencing?

I’ve been using Zoom for meetings and online discussions, and it’s been reliable whenever I need it. Nowadays everyone uses zoom app for meeting. They often use the share screen feature. However when the share screen is activated, the camera immediately disabled and the audience cant see the presenter’s face. This problem also occurs during split screen feature. Whenever zoom meeting is on going and we want to use other app too at the same time using split screen, note taking app for eg, the camera also automatically disabled. Pls fix this problem as this issues is very alarming. Thank you.

I’m 17 years old student. Recently I tried to use Zoom application to join some educational talk sessions and surprisingly I cannot open the app. I indeed has used the app and I’m very impressed but not today. At first the app boot up as usually. Then after a while, after the ‘Zoom’ title showed up upon the opening, it just kick me out from the app itself. I don’t sure if its a bug or glitches, the important thing is I hope this problem can be handle as soon as possible.

To whom this may concern,1. Writing a review on a dark backdrop with black coloured font is not really a typing friendly interface. 2. The experience would be better if one could use and resize and move around the chat rather than the chat popping up on top of the video and not being able to watch the live video. Having to use the chat and video simultaneously would be preferable than to choose to chat or to video. 3. The Zoom meeting kept logging out and I had to reconnect about four times in the 1 and a half hours despite sitting next to the router and not having this difficulty on any other platforms. 4. When it comes to split screen, there isn’t much space left for typing or writing notes as Zoom requires a rather large-minimum split…That is all I have to share about my experience.
