Hi google team, first of all I would like to say, I love the google drove so much that it have been my daily use to go apps, since I am a photographer, I have been use it almost all the time. but recently I have been having this crashing problem from the apps. Every time I want to upload photos or any kind of document, the app keep on crashing, I have updated the app to the latest version possible, hope the google team can take a look on this problem. Overall the app is good and satisfied.

Google Drive really really really help me because I can keep all my photos in one place, even really old ones from 5–6 years ago. It’s so convenient because I can easily find and look back at my old memories anytime. I also don’t have to worry about losing everything when I change my phone or open using a ipad or laptop . It’s really useful for keeping my photos and important files safe and organised.

My last update document can't open in google drive app but can open easily in pc. When i click open document there's an error said something when wrong. Try again later. Please fix this problem fast because i use this app for my work on ipad and my iphone. I used to love this app but this problem make me hate it.

Hi there, i hope you find this comment well.. i’ve been using this app for almost 10years but recently out of nowhere this app just removed backup permission to one of my social media which is whatsApp & i’ve lost all of my chats from 2018 until now and this App accessing my files on device and deleted my files which is WhatsApp chat backup that.. those chats were very very important to me.. please tell me there’s something you can do to help me recover all of those chats, they were very important to me😭.i’ve lost all of my chats that i’ve been taking a very good care of for almost 10years.. please tell me there’s something you guys can do to help me, to help us to recover all of those chats🥲.

First of all, I want to say thank you for creating this app. My works certainly more easy to manage and I can open it in multiple devices. I just have a little problem with this app. Why can’t I open it in my ipad? I can still put my documents inside but I can’t open it. It’s keep closing on it own without even entering the app. It’s really tiring to use different devices even if my works were actually in the ipad. I hope this little problem can be fix. All in all, this is such a great app.

Overall, I’ve been satisfied with this app. But being a photographer I use this to place photos temporarily to share with people. Though every time I view photos, it’ll crash after a few. This problem has been happening for almost 2 years. I’ve reinstalled the app and all, updated to the latest but still no fix to the issue. I hope the team looks into this soon!
