I don’t know how to contact customer services so I leave it here, I don’t know when it suddenly like this but every time When I start a fight it will cause an error, and it didn’t show any text on that error , when I press Ok it will sudden return to title screen, after that when I go in and join another fight it will happen again. I can’t even start a fight now lol, hope it get fix . But the game is fun overall just a lot of bug

I’m not really sure if you guys are going to read this or not, but I just want to try my luck since I don’t really know any other way to say these things.I’ve been playing this game for a few years, and honestly it’s really special to me. I even had to uninstall it before because it kept lagging and I didn’t have enough storage on my phone at the time since I was still a student. But even after removing it, I never forgot about it.The graphics and overall quality are honestly beautiful. Every event feels unique, and you can really see the effort put into it. What makes it even more meaningful for me is that it’s based on one of my favourite anime. Being able to interact with the characters and experience their stories makes it feel like a comfort place for me.But I have to be honest — the game does have issues. I’ve experienced crashes and bugs quite often, and after reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one facing this problem. It’s really sad because the game has so much potential.I truly hope the developers can fix these issues soon. I really appreciate this game and everything it offers, and I just don’t want to see it disappear or be abandoned. Please don’t give up on this game… it really means a lot to me.

Hi there, just want to report that your game kinda unstable during the gameplay, gacha, upgrade and building some houses.. Also during the gameplay, the apps suddenly been crashed, there is some audio scratching that happen during the gameplay and so on also on the building section, when placing the house and so on, the apps suddenly hang and unresponsive also couldnt land a touch at all and need to restart the apps and after that the apps is ok.. overall the gameplay is ok and im enjoy playing this game only certain thing that i stated happen during the gameplay and please take note and best of wishes for you guys dev 😊

This is overall is good graphics is at its best love it problem is this game when ever you off your game and try to play back the game will inform you with a “unexpected error “ and you can’t do anything about it . Second this game can’t save your game data because the start of the game they won’t let you sign up with google so when you have the bug and you try to reinstall all your game data is gone and you need to replay everything. Patch 1.0.0

Please fix this bug. I was playing the game like normal then i suddenly get an error message saying “unexpected error” i tried everything restore data, turning wifi on and off, etc. But it still didn’t work. Everytime i press “OK” it brings me to the title screen, i kept on trying pressing “OK” but it keeps sending me to the title screen every single time. Please fix this as fast as possible because i would like to enjoy playing this game some more.

My game keep crashing, it was okay for a few minutes at first but after that it keep telling there’s an unexpected error and have me go back to the title screen, I tried to restore the data but it didn’t work, I tried deleting the game and download again, but after a few minutes of playing it happen again, I can only get up to the title screen. Please fix it.

Recently i been playing and enjoying the game but i have encountered numerous amount of time when the game crash and it is making it hard to enjoy the game the main thing the game crash is when doing request, summon, valor arena and when trying to interact with the npc i really hope the devs read this and fix this issue but overall the game is very fun and funny

Its a great game but theres one issue, after some time playing it a problem will occur and it will lock you out and a popup will come up saying “Unexpected error. Now returning to title screen” i have tried to switch devices but in every one device it will randomly show the popup. Please let me know if its a problem on my end because i really want to play the game badly

I understand this is a new game but the game would not allow me to proceed with the next story. It say some unexpected error occur. I try to log out then login the game again. Same error.Then try restoring the data from the start screen and still the problem does not fix.What make it more worse. This is the second time I delete the game data(because of same error on my first install). Soo I start fresh. Again the same error appear exactly when I complete the same chapter of the game. Even reinstalling the game does not fix the error.

I keep on getting this kinda error. Unexpected error return to tittle screen. I try to uninstall it and install it again but the same thing happen again after I played the game for a merely 15 minutes. Now I open the apps and already stated there “ Unexpected error. Return to tittle screen “. It’s kinda disappointing because I have a high expectations from this game.
