Hello PUBG: Battlegrounds Team, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the current Ace promotion system. The difficulty level is unreasonable and completely unbalanced. No matter how much time and effort I put into the game, the ranking progress feels unfair and overly punishing. The point deduction system is too harsh. One small mistake can wipe out the progress from multiple matches. It feels like the system is designed to waste players’ time rather than reward skill and consistency. Reaching Ace should be challenging, but not to the point where it becomes exhausting and discouraging. I have invested a significant amount of time in this game, and this experience has been nothing but frustrating. I strongly urge the team to review and fix the Ace promotion system. Players deserve a ranking system that is fair, transparent, and rewarding. This issue seriously affects my overall experience with the game. Thank you.

I have been experiencing terrible bugs. One of which affects my recent scrim gameplay where when you exit your vehicle the character will get stuck and you cant move your character unless you ask your teammates to bring the vehicle closer to you so you can re-enter your vehicle and exit it once more without getting stuck randomly. But it happened again in the 4th match where i get stuck once more but i am unable to even get inside the vehicle to fix the bug during the match. This critically impacts both the gamer’s experience and the match as such they are unable to move their characters thus rendering them useless to be played anymore in the match. On a side note there are multiple delays and button problems where i cant seem to press a button multiple times, and only then it would allow me to peek or revive my teammates. Delays are also a critical issue where it drastically changes the gaming environment for the players and presents an uneven gaming environment for all players in the match. I hope the PUBG Mobile team will review this and take drastic measures to ensure the stability of the game is fully recovered.

Hii PUBG. Thanks for giving me reason to wake up in the morning & stay up late at home just to play this game. I would like to give suggestion to make this game more epic.It will be better if you will add cinematic game replay for the next update. It means that we replay the game we have played in a movie like story. I am suggesting this because i have the most epic game last time on my quest to become Ace. I was playing with a friend who suddenly disconnected because she had customer in front of her (she was working at that time).I stand by her during the game started but she already get shot by bot who is using VSS. I blocked the shot with my body & chased the bot & knocked him down with my fist because I didn’t get the weapon yet. Luckily I managed to kill him & manage to get his VSS with 10 bullets left but no medic. I stand by her for another 5 minutes before the second bot coming & my friend get shot again with UMP. I shot him but then I’m out of ammo. So I had to chase him but he ran. I think he is not bot because bot won’t run. But I managed to knocked him down again with my fist & get some medic. After all the taking shots & knocking game, my friend finally came back to the game & she’s surprised she’s still survived. If only she knew what had happened. :) So a cinematic game replay will be the best way to tell a story what had happened behind the scene. Who said love story never happened in PUBG? And this is the story of mine which I call “Love & Honor”.

First of all, love this game to the core. I spend hundreds of hour killing and ate a mountain of chicken dinner. But since i'm in crown to ace, i notice that there are quite a few or even many of them is hacking. i start notice this sort of action when their can shoot through walls,vest and helmet is not damaged, and when one knocked out on the ground their crawl like freaking flash or sonic so freaking fast, and rapid fire on a srl sniper always hit at 600,800 m no scope whatsoever. So in conclusion i was pretty bumped about all this new hacking cheating players i was able to report some of them but you guys need to do something about this or the used of hacking will spread and many players enjoy the very game that their love including me of course, consider a new patch or tell the people of this foul act to band together and stop this hacker from ruining the Best Shooting game in Store United we Stand'!!!!!!!!! btw love you

I know PUBG Mobile is trying hard to mirror everything there is in PUBG PC but please, as a competitive PUBGM player I’m begging you to stop adding features and try to fix things that are not broken until you fix everything that has been broken for so long. Its good to see how much PUBGM has grew over the past couple of years but its sad that we always face the same problems everytime a new update comes out like you don’t actually try to fix them ; For instance, parachute bug & mic/speaker bug. Those small problems may seem nothing to players that are playing just for the fun but for us competitive players, sometimes we die just because of that “insignificant” defect that you never fixed. I know you’re just going to reply “Please email us your specific problems ....” bla bla bla. And I’m probably just wasting my time writing a review because it seems like you don’t care about our reviews, otherwise all the problems said by other players would have been fixed by now and this game would be almost perfect. But no. So I hope you can make PUBGM better because I love this game so much but my patience is running thin. Thank you.

Have been stick with PUBG mobile for 3 seasons and an elite pass holder for 3 seasons in a row. Today is my 180th day on PUBGM. I admire PUBG so much but sad to admit, i cant afford the high installment to play PUBG. Every once PUBG update, i had been waiting to see the same update on PUBGM. But, day by day, weeks, n even months have past. I never caught a single sight of PUBGM trying to let their players n loyal customer to enjoy the updates as those on PUBG. Along this three seasons, all i see is their updates on event that can earn them money. Its a disapointment for us, loyal customer. The difference between PUBGM national with PUBGM china is that PUBGM china made few changes on their graphic that cant fit with the players preferrable. But from what i observe, PUBGM china really putting their effort in everytime PUBG made their update by sincing it on PUBGM china as well. Eventhough they earn players money, they gave something back in return. But in PUBGM national. I saw nothing. Not an offense but i really hope you guys can improve. Cant you see how many RP top ranked players had left PUBGM? Please, put in at least some effort, for the consumers, and for your own sake as well🙂

It’s is a very good game, but it’s filled with hackers in the higher level gameplay. Shooting through wall etc. It was so rampant, 2/5 games you will die from hackers. It’s a free game anyway, so hacking problem will always be there. Till the time they come out with a patch that recognise these hackers, some sort of server side ID program or logic that sense illogical action like shooting through walls etc and ban those players, I suggest not to spend a single cent in the in-game shop. And till they fix this problem, I will maintain this as 1 star rating instead of 5*EDIT*After reading the rest of the review and also the dev copy and paste reply of the same “please screenshot, report etc” I really wish you guys good luck. Reporting and banning those accounts is useless. With the game being free, all they need to do is just to create another new account. The only way to solve this is a patch with an anti-cheat or cheat recognition logic instead of relying on users report all the time. With no news about any anti-cheat work in the making, people will stop playing the game. Fix this or we will all just move along to Fortnite

Hi pubg…..I am a iPhone 6s user who play pubg since season 14 and there’s no prob in my phone ……. It been my favorite game ever 😍 ……. But the prob is I can’t hear and talk my teammates …. Past few days ago….. seriously this thing stressing me out so much 😵‍💫 …… I do like this I log out and log in back I can listen to my teammates…..but not in lobby….. it shows to my teammates that I off my speaker and mic but then I always open speaker and mic when in lobby…….. 😩😩 and this new update got so much audio bug c1s1….. I love pubg so much …… this thing me hate pubg at the same time……. Plz fix this as soon as possible….. I would really appreciate if you guys help…… bcz I can’t hear my teammates and can’t get to cooperate with them…… it makes my game play worse bcz I don’t know wht they plan to attack the enemy……. So pls fix it soon…. Thank you

Luffy and try to be the Pirate King and fight those villains with your super strenght and power but unfortunately the CONNECTION ISSUE is the main reason that all of us get dropped rank or league, lost treasures and even get restricted to get any rewards instantly. We thought that it might be our cellphone or our internet connection/data caused it all but clearly it was not. our cellphone is just fine and so do our internet connection/data. Clearly, this is unacceptable since the issues were not from our own side. All of us are facing hard time now, all we need is this kind of entertainment to keep us insane. Please, we are begging you the geniuses developer to fix this issue the soonest. Thank you for your understanding and please be safe wherever you are.

Okay after down loading the new game for halloween version my pubg always crash whenever i go out of the game and trying to go i inside the game .. it never until the new update + sometimes the screen freeze Which also never happen before- Night mode : can u please make a game where the night mode survive until the team win not like 5 mins of night mode then day again .. i think everyone gonna appreciate it if u make a new version of night mode where it 5 mins of day and the rest is night time .. u can also put pumpkin lights in the game to make it look awesome even thought halloween already ended but i think people will like it- Can u make a game that can earn pubg money like giving to those who win the game who get 1st place and so on .. i think everyone will be Happy to be a ke to get the money ?
