My kids love games. So, Lingokids has done it well. The messages are positive, open and bright. They push out new games every now and then and kids are given mystery gift so that the kids get excited over it. My kid also loves the vegetable collection game and the hand washing interactive exercise and love Hope there will be motor vehicle games and the more exciting rewards in the future. Keep up the good work Lingokids.

I downloaded this app in the hopes of helping my son with his reading. Then I noticed the monthly subscription fee of RM70 per month! I can get him a home tutor for less than that and I dare say the results would be better anyway.Your pricing is utterly over the top.I really wouldn’t mind paying 100 or even 200 if it was a one time fee but rm840 per year is just ridiculous.Also your “limited access” is far too excessively limited, my son was only allowed to do 3 activities only one of which was a writing exercise where he traced the letter ‘a’ once and that was it... how is a child supposed to learn if they can only do something once?!?if this is what I should expect from full access you can forget it.

My child love this app and has progressed so much that I’ve decided to subscribe it monthly. One day he accidentally uninstall the app from the iPad and when I reinstalled it and log in using my apple ID, all the progress was reset to zero and the app prompt me to subscribe to get full access. However I’ve already paid full amount and why should I pay for another subscription again when the the old one is still active? I’m quite frustrated that it didn’t detect my subscription and whats the point if we subscribe but it does not save my progress and keeps resetting each time my son accidentally delete the app? The monthly subscription is not cheap compared to other programs.

My kids are like to play the educational games. I was facing problem to link my account into my iPad, customer service was response fast and accurate to solve my issue. Good job and well done the team, special thanks to Ms. Aurora who replied and give me the solution that able solve my issue immediately.

I do not know either apple or app’s problems. I subscribed monthly but my kids cannot access unlimited program..Lingokids apps kept asking me to free trial but at the same time the apps tell me that I subscribed to apps already..

Bought the apps cost me almost 300. Expired dates 2024, but after sometimes it says my id was never registered. And when ihit try plus version, i have to pay again. Tried to report a problem to apple but couldn’t reach.

Good apps for my lovely daughter , its very helpful. Great opportunity for little ones to play while learning. Nowadays children like to play with gadgets, so with this app children can enjoy playing and learning together. Plus it's easy to bring everywhere. No more hassle of bringing books and toys.

I really love Lingokids but my only feedback is that I just need to pay for the app. And also my only question is that can you let the kids have a little more “Screen Time”. But I must say that the app is really good.

This program is really useful for kids. My daughter was really enjoying the activities provided. Highly recommended for parents who want to see their children learn in fun ways and enjoy every moment of their childhood time.

This app auto deduct my acc without giving me early notification. I was just using it for trial and my kids dont really used it frequently. I was charged around RM379. I want to request full refund 🥵
