Instead of blocking everything forever, 7III Life gives you a focused pause before you return. When an app or website is blocked, you can top up 10 minutes for the current session only. Before unlocking that time, you are encouraged to consider alternative activities and answer a few multiple-choice questions. The goal is simple: make every return to distracting apps feel conscious, not automatic. 7III Life includes connected tools for screen time control, focus, mindfulness, and reflection: Blocker Block selected apps and websites, then unlock them with a deliberate 10-minute top-up flow. Each top-up only applies to the current session, helping you avoid endless scrolling while still giving you flexibility when you really need it. Before continuing, you can review alternative activities and answer custom multiple-choice questions. Add your own questions, or create new ones with your favourite AI, to turn each pause into a small learning moment. Lost Time Statistics See how much time you have spent on blocked apps and websites. These stats make your screen time visible, so you can better understand your habits and reduce time spent on distractions. Your lost time is synced with iCloud across your devices.
