My 6 year old account got a 10 year ban Penalty without any reason. I even contacted customer support but they were very unhelpful repeating the same thing over and over. It was as if they didn’t care to even check it themselves and said that their “engine” doesn’t falsely ban anyone. I have been an honest player to this game for the entire 6 years I played and I know I haven’t done any offenses which deserves a 10 year ban. I had even paid money for skins and RPs as well it’s an absolute no-brainer for me to cheat.. But PUBG doesn’t even bother to look into this and completely ignored my proposal of re-checking it. I highly discourage anyone from spending a dime on the game. If anyone is new to the game just understand that this game only prioritizes “YouTubers” and players that bring high amounts of attention to the game. I can ensure this as I saw many big YouTubers who got banned for no reason (similar instance) but after they contacted customer support they very straightforwardly helped with the problem without any sort of punishments on the players end. This isn’t me rage dumping because my account got banned and I used to love this game, but this caused me to feel regret for even spending a single minute of my life on this game.

I really loved this game but now I’m disappointed cause they’ve banned my account for a week just because I played with a hacker. I didn’t even know that one of my friends was a hacker so that’s not fair. I’d never cheated on this game so I’m so sad about this. I really loved my account but now I have to wait until they give my account. I really like it because PUBG banned hacker’s account but that’s not fair to banned someone who doesn’t use hacks. Hope you’ll make a fair decision for this. Not everyone know that their friend is using hacks just because they play with them. If I knew I wouldn’t have played with them. Except that I really love this game. I started to play this two years ago. I’m glad you give us a chance to get materials to upgrade guns now ( it was very hard to have one before ). Some outfits are not cool like old ones so please make sure to be creative with Royal Pass outfits and themes.

Hello, I have been playing Pubg since the season one of Chinese version Pubg. Once global released, I started to play in global version. At the beginning, game was really smooth and fun but later after the season 8 or 9, game started to freeze every time that happen when enemies are near and for some freezings frequently happens whether enemies near or not. My whole squad play in WiFi which is a fiber one. We never have experienced any kinds low ping. And I want to report that I play in I Pad 6th generation, I always have problem that touch problem. When enemies are near, my character won’t move, I should double tap to moving keys to run but. I haven’t experienced any kinds of touch problem with other games. I hope you will understand this and make a report regarding freezing and touch problems. Rather than bring in new outfits or anything, just try to solve problems then later you can bring anything.

In the past, we played games like PUBG for pure fun and enjoyment. It was all about the thrill, the teamwork, and the excitement of winning through skill. But now, it has become more about flashy skins and expensive avatars. The focus has shifted from gameplay to appearance.We don’t need superpowers for our characters. We don’t need to spend money just to look cool. What we really miss is the raw, realistic experience—the old-school vibe where the game felt more real and competitive.It’s time to bring back that original spirit of gaming.

I was playing this game since 2018 and now i feel like the game is slowly starting to die. The developers are mostly concerned about their profitability and they’re adding more and more skins so that players would pay more to get those skins. But they would never try to improve the game quality or optimize the game. I'm playing on and iPad 9th gen and the game is lagging when enemies are near me. I hope that pubg mobile developers will focus more on the game itself and not the skins.

So I am playing pubg from season 4 and it’s been amazing once you buy the royal pass you don’t even need to buy again. So it’s been really fun all new updates and season free gifts all is amazing. But there is lags and freezes but I’m use to that. I don’t no why this happens my device is a i phone 11 and I always play over wifi. I hope pubg team and tencent can improve this and bug fixes. But i really want you to ban hakers and now the banpan is been good work pubg love the game

I am very disappointed with the newer updates in PUBG Mobile. The game now gives unnatural powers and abilities to players, which completely ruins the balance. It no longer feels like a true battle where skill, strategy, and teamwork matter most.Years ago, PUBG Mobile felt like a real war experience. Fighting alongside teammates, relying on true player skills, tactics, and gunplay made every match intense and rewarding. Now, the focus seems to be more on special powers than actual combat skills.I really miss the old PUBG Mobile, where victory depended on teamwork, awareness, and pure player ability—not artificial enhancements.

I’m a huge fan of PUBG and has been playing for a long time... My game has been working perfectly until this newest update.. now while playing the game it freezes and just closes.. pisses me off specially when you are about to win a chicken dinner and get stuck Nd you can’t do anything about it other than restart the game and find out you are killed in the end. Please stop giving updates if you can’t make the game smoother for people to play. I’m sad to say that I’m actually getting fed up of this happening over and over again. Please look into this and fix it bcoz this happens to some of my other friends too Nd a matter to be taken seriously when involving peoples time and effort.
