For me Tinder is not just an app, it opened me the gateway to find my true love even though as a free member. In august 2022 I found my true love via tinder, on first swipe. And from that moment we shared our thoughts, happiness and small chats. But, we had no idea how deep we really are in love. We both felt a feel like, the sync of ours heart rhythm and intact. We both felt it from the beginning and after two days she proposed me and she almost given me the warmness to my frozen heart. After one year, we are engaged and on this coming September we are getting married. Thanks Tinder, initially I though its just an app aim on money only like every other apps . But, Tinder made a big difference. It really changed my perspective and am so happy. I am not even a premium member, but somehow the algorithm helped me to find her. Its really the one and only happiest moment in my life.💕To all the singles out there, try Tinder and you wont regret. Its from my life experience. However, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, as my account remains under review even after paying for the premium subscription. Firstly, I expected that by subscribing to Platinum, my account would receive priority attention and support. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Despite reaching out to Tinder's customer support multiple times, I have received no response or clarification regarding the ongoing review process. This lack of communication is highly frustrating and leaves me feeling neglected as a paying customer. Moreover, the lack of transparency surrounding the review process is concerning. Tinder has not provided any information on the duration of the review or the specific reasons for it. This leaves me questioning the effectiveness of the Platinum subscription and whether it actually provides any tangible benefits. As a paying customer, I expected a seamless experience and prompt resolution of any issues. However, Tinder's failure to address my concerns has left me feeling cheated and undervalued. It is disheartening to see that even after investing in the Platinum subscription, my account remains in limbo. I urge Tinder to improve their customer

I have been using this application from quite some time and never had an issue like this before but now what is happening is that when i am sending the messages to the other end its getting delivered I mean being sent however When someone is replying to me or texting I can see from the notification bar that I have got an message but when I open the tinder it doesn’t load or i dont receive the message, the internet is not an issue in this scenario because its very fast and good, this has happened before as well so I had deleted the app being frustrated and then re downloaded post it worked good for sometime but again same issue, there is no issue with phone as well I guess its an Iphone 11 How inconvenient it is and quite well very frustrating Trying to use but I guess tinder team is not working that hard to solve the issue

Tinder might be adverting for inclusion and whatnot, but you must realise that Tinder DOES NOT offer a forum or appeal to effectively contact in case of account suspension or ban. Tinder will block you for good if you’re not agreeable to other people, for the lamest things ever, not to mention, highly INAPPROPRIATE. If a number of people have objections with what you’re wearing in your pics, or EVEN IF YOU’RE A TRANSWOMAN, swiping men, tinder will ban you because a number of Men have reported your profile because they happen to be homophobic, without providing a chance for appeal. Moreover Tinder is collecting a lot of personal data and also recognising faces which actually drives me to not be confident enough to renew my subscription or be on the app outright. There is no image moderation like on bumble or warming, so tinder will ban you if the image you post might ‘offend’ people, instead of approving of images themselves to avoid objection later. If a bunch of people find you uninteresting, or if you’re showing off your fitness even, and they decide to report you, tinder will ban you. I am sorry but Tinder’s policy of notproviding for appeals is just lazy on a management/ process level and very upsetting!
