Subscription payments will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of your purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew and you will be charged unless auto-renew is turned off or unless you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a premium subscription during the free trial period. The cost of renewal depends on the Subscription Plan you choose.

The app has been so good and helped me scan and use many documents, however I’m unable to use the app of late. Every time I open the app all that I see is a black screen without any progress. I can’t access my documents which were scanned earlier either.

Very deceiving trial period and auto renew subscription. I tried the trial version, did not like it and deleted the same day. But now I have been charged Rs 3,340 unnecessarily, for an app I don’t like. The developer will definitely claim that it’s not their fault and they had an auto renew at the end of trial period. Till now ‘, whatever app I had deleted their subscription was automatically cancelled. But this developer had found out a hideous way to earn money. Anyway I believe in Karma....,,,and Karma will pay.

This app will make you subscribe for a 3 day free trial and you will happily do it. I did the same. But when I deleted the app, the app charged me money on my credit card. Apple please put this as one of the leading reviews. People need to know what they are getting into. It took around 3.5 thousand Indian Rupees from me. And because I realised only once the subscription was done and payment received, i apparently cannnot get a refund. Apple please help me out and make a rule to cancel the “subscription with free trial” trap so that we can subscribe only when we want to. This issue has persisted with many people in the reviews. I unfortunately only read the top review and had not prior knowledge of this of the app.I have contacted support already and sent a mail too. Please help

A free trial of the Premium subscription means that once the trial period expires, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless the user unsubscribed before. Therefore, to activate a trial, a user has to agree to these conditions. A user can cancel the subscription anytime. You can always cancel it through your device Settings - iTunes & App Store - Apple ID - View Apple ID - Subscriptions - Manage. Otherwise please contact Apple support directly.
