I ordered a medicine from the app and I paid for the medicine with delivery charges and also got a call to confirm medicine order where they suggesting me to take other brand medicine and also suggesting me to buy multivitamins(I can order want I want)and at that time they did not told me that medicine is out of stock and then received order where I bought medicine with 30 tablets and got medicine with the 15 tablets when I talked to customer support they told me that the 30 tablets wasn’t in stock so they delivered me 15 pack so I told them to I want the 30 pack they say “check within weeks if it was available then you can order it” now they want me order it again with delivery charges and also I have to order a certain amount of medicine otherwise I cannot order anything. Then I asked for refund then they deduct all the delivery charges, GST and discount (which I was getting while ordering) and giving me back almost half the price I paid for order. Other scam is they the 15 tablets is having most cost then 30 pack and they still managed to give it to me (when i was ordering the medicine app doesn’t show that the medicine is out of stock or not and still I am checking it doesn’t show anything at all and they told me call on certain numbers to check the availability of medicine next time)Well this is the 1st and last time using the scam app also going to delete my account.

I had been using this app for more than 6 months and if you talk about experience then at first 4 months it is fine and i am getting lots of discounts as compared to local chemist shop and delivery is also good. But after 4 months the discounts is getting decreased and customer service is also bad. Today is one of disgusting and cheap experience ever on pharmeasy. Let me tell you the story i applied for return for some medicines because it is no longer needed because doctor changed this medicine to another. I want to tell you that the medicines that i applied for return i don’t even open a single tablet and it is fully packed with rubber same as when it came after delivery and i am not at home and when their delivery boy came my mom gave medicines to him and after this he go to side and deliberately open one packet of medicines with his nails and rejected my return by stating it is already open. I can’t express how disappointed i am feeling right now and never expected such a cheap thing ever from pharmeasy. How can their pickup boy did such a cheap thing so he can reject return. At that time my mom was there and my mom was not aware about this thing. If i were at that time then i will tell that idiot what did you do to reject my return. He cheated my mother and reject my delivery. My blood getting boiled after knowing this thing. Now i decide to never ever use this app and always buy medicines from local chemist shop whether they provide discounts or not. At least there is transparency and i can return effortlessly as compared to pharmeasy.

I gave my blood sample for three different diagnostic test along with complete fees. After collecting the blood report l got the message that reports will be provided in 48 hours. Accordingly I scheduled my emergency surgery with doctor and requested Lab-department to issue the reports in 24 hours if possible and he said he will try to do that but I didn’t received any reports nor updates from anyone. After 48 hours I called them for the reports and then they said, due to technical issues they are unable provide reports on time. I asked them why it wasn’t informed to me on time? that would have help me to diagnose the same reports from other laboratory on time but he was speechless and told me to wait for some time. Again when I called them after couple of hours he/she reply me that we shall provide only two reports for now and will have to wait for couple of hours for remaining one report and said we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. I said no problem, just send me the reports and invoice immediately so that I can diagnose the remaining teat from other laboratory and make the refund of last report. When I received the reports and invoice I noticed that there was mistake in my name. I called them again to make the corrections and they said it will be done in couple of hours. Now its been more than 10 days and yet I didn’t received any reports neither refund and I am following up everyday and they are making me fools. So its my humble request to the people do not contact and use PharmEasy for any services.

I had booked Infrarex hexa vaccination on the 7th of Dec 2022 , I received the vaccination in a bubble wrap hence I read the name and stored it in the refrigerator as it was supposed be stored under cold temperature, the next day that was the 8th of Dec 2022 I had been to the doctor for vaccination , the doctor opened the wrap and the box was seal open due to which the doctor denied immediately as it was a vaccination for the baby , she dint want to risk it, so therefore she bought the same medicine from the hospital pharmacy and used it , i have the bills of the same vaccination purchased again on the same day, I immediately placed a return request and they took it back on 9th , I received no update even after several attempts, I was told that an investigation was going on. 3 weeks later I received an update stating I get no refund , if they informed me earlier that it would be rejected , I could get the cctv footage from home and hospital , since it’s been more than 15 days I have no access to footage as my cctv gives a record of the latest 15 days now they have my amount (3000 Rupees) and the product with them and responding that they have no solution on the same . Now what kind of response is this from your end ? Giving the damaged product and making us wait for 3 weeks and giving no solution is a fraud behaviour.
