It’s so sad to see so many negative reviews. Thankfully I booked blood test before downloading app. and after reading all reviews i became very confused Because so many people wrote only bad things..!! So I clicked on “call us” option on their app. In a few seconds I got call from their customer executive Ms Nisha Srivastav. I told her that because of many negative reviews I’m feeling to cancel my booking! She gently asked me what are your concerns and I said all about what people complaint here.. as “not able to download reports” “sample collector comes late” “nobody cares after getting reports” etc etc.. she cleared all my doubts and asked me to trust her and she will personally look after all my procedures.. so I didn’t cancel it. Next day sample collector called me in the morning and came exactly on time. He was very professional. He took my blood and urine samples and put one barcode on it. I asked him about his lab in Ahmedabad and he told me that our all labs are very hightech and fully automatic. After one day I got notification on my app that my reports are ready and available to see. I also got PDF file on my WhatsApp number. I am 37 and my cholesterol was high so I became little worried. I called on customer care and asked for Nisha Srivastav. She arranged dietitian consultation and one lady called me and guided me about what to eat and what not as per my condition. Next day Dr Deepak Parashar called me to guide about medicines. And after I consulted one cardiologist in my town and he prescribed same medicines as doctor consultant provided by healthians. So friends please don’t believe all these negative reviews. They might have written by people whose business got affected by healthians. Just call their customer service and ask them about all your doubts. I am sure they will do their best to give you the best service in most affordable rates. I usually don’t write reviews but because of all false reviews here I felt to share my true experience. God bless you.

I booked an appointment for Blood tests few days back. The lab technician came very late for sample collection. I’m undergoing a very sensitive medical treatment right now that requires on time blood investigations and results. Before giving my sample, the collection person Pankaj assured that i’ll receive the reports in evening around 6:00 pm. But, i was so disappointed with his false assurance when i didn’t receive my reports on time. The app server was down so i was not able to check it on my phone too. I tried to log in through my other numbers too but still there was no result. I registered my complaint on Customer care number. He told me that your reports will ne ready by 12:00 am at night ie 6 hours late. This is such a bad and highly unrofessional service provided by such Laboratories who give false hopes to their patients despite knowing how critical their medical condition is. You must inform true timings of reports to patient before sample collection. I cannot call my doctor at such late hours in the night around 12:00 am to discuss about my reports. Healthians is not an authorised Laboratory and is currently doing malpractice in Delhi. The late reports that i received were also not correct. I had to repeat my test next day from some other lab. I was shocked to see the difference in the results. I was worried whole night as Healthian reports showed me wrong results. This entire experience was very traumatic and painful for me as my treatment course was entirely dependant on this result.

Do read this review before downloading. I booked a fever test package from Healthians and my blood and urine sample was collected on 23rd Aug 2022 around 10:30 AM and I was told that the reports will be updated within 24 Hours. At around 3 PM I received a message saying that the urine samples needs to be collected again. After 24 hours I received no report of my blood test either. It was only after calling them I was informed that my blood samples also couldn’t be examined. Upon asking, “Akash” the so called customer care executive (who by the way had no understanding of any tests or anything) first told me that the samples were not valid because you didn’t fast (it was clearly mentioned that fasting not required), then he told me it was destroyed because of bad environment (clearly indicates that they don’t store the samples properly or clearly there’s a loophole), then again upon asking him to admit that they mishandled my blood sample he changed his statement and told that it was because of me eating something oily (I have been eating only khichdi since last 5 days that also I am barely eating) Clearly there’s a huge problem. They don’t realise that running a diagnostics is a responsible work as people’s lives are involved here. Irresponsible and unprofessional. After waiting for 24 hours and me calling them they tell me that no reports are coming. Each second is important when you want to diagnose your illness. Makes me wonder what sort of values the company hold. Choose wisely.

It was my first experience of getting full body checkup at home. The process of booking the checkup was quite hasslefree, and the sample collector arrived at the specified time and the same day in the evening, I got my test report. Everything was going fine till then, but after that what happened was that they sent me an incomplete report of one of my family member and they mentioned that the sample quantity was inadequate I contacted them and asked that how is that possible that the sample collector collected in front of my eyes, three tubes full of blood sample and how it is inadequate but they were just mentioning that they received this information from the Lab itself and they said it is inadequate so there are now two alternatives that you can get a refund which was about 50% of the amount of the test of that member and or we can reschedule the Sample again but for me, it proved to be an unprofessional way because sample collection should be taken with extreme caution you cannot expect the customer to give multiple samples for the same test, so for me, the first experience was unprofessional. So as a customer, I don’t know who is at fault either the Lab or the Sample collector, but overall not great experience with Healthian as i thought it would be.
