The app is free to download and use. We also offer an optional subscription package called DOWN Private Membership.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase.
If you choose the subscription option, it will automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, which will outline the renewal cost.
Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off through the user's Account Settings after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Hello developer, for some reason even after purchasing the subscription and also the boost, I dont have a single profile visit.Not a single text reached the people I texted (I checked with a friend I know whom I also texted).Is there an issue with the app?If there is an issue, please note that the non-refundable clause in your terms and conditions does not apply as the service I paid for hasnt worked.Please fix it if you can, or I’d like to request a full refund for failure to deliver the purchased service.
